Evan was born in a small Japanese town to an English father and a Japanese mother who was eventually killed in a freak accident, he was raised in Hereford where his father worked with the 22nd SAS Regiment until at one point in 2011 when he unintentionally faked his death after an operation went terribly wrong in the south pole. Evan then moved back to his father's old home in Lancashire and decided that he would fake his age to join the local police service, he started out as a traffic police officer then worked his way up to the Criminal Investigation Department just after the superintendant found out about his actual age. his police career unfortunately took a turn for the worse when he returned to Fuefuki to investigate the case of his old friend's suicide but went off track as he fell in love with Miyuki Kizukinosuke, a fallen angel with with not only a physical human form but an actual boyfriend as well. the couple's relationship drove him crazy and not to mention that he got shot down by SCO19 officers in London at the point when the situation moved to the British capital, he was eventually discharged from duty but he reunited with his father once more time in the very end. he eventually moved back to Japan and applied for a job as a dance coach in Takura Productions where he fell in love with Japanese idol Kanami Mashita, the fact that he was later recruited into Codename Bloody Mary never stopped him from romancing the idol but he is getting good pay from the Royal Navy since he's also helping them out.

Personality:
despite the chavvy side he developed since his discharge from the police, Evan is quite a sweetheart and still a good kid, presumably due to his relationship with Kanami.
