the 48-hour siege of Mikage-cho is the first paranormal event recorded by the British government since before the witch burnings during the days of Henry The Fifth, this was during the visit of the British prime minister Daniel Camber after the general elections. at this time, the Kandori Group was said to be testing the so-called DEVA System which has somehow caused a horde of demons to invade the city. before then, a group of high school students believed that an activity they participated in summoned an apparition which is said to be a go signal to the horde. as the siege began, a Special Air Service team was alerted by their prine minister as zombies have disrupted the meeting between the two national leaders. a search and rescue operation would then began and the SAS forced their way through what they weren't trained against despite that their guns were still effective, the two leaders were eventually rescued but they were unfortunately left without an extraction point as the invisible barriers sealed the city shut right after Camber and Nase's exit from Mikage. the siege eventually ended as the Japan Self-Defense Force arrived to contain the threat, marking it as one of the worst attacks on Japanese soil since the invasion of the Allied Forces in World War II.

Aftermath:
after the fall of the Kandori Group, the British Government discovered that the siege was said to have been predicted by a monk from during the Meiji Restoration. it was said that the monk had a vision where he found himself as one of the SAS operators in Mikage, he also drew the battle uniforms, weapons and even the British flag on a series of scrolls which have all been locked away to Her Majesty's Archives in London. a similar event would occur in the British capital three years later, following the third anniversary of the siege in Mikage.
