the International Salvation Coalition was formed after the end of the Cold War in 1991, it was founded by ex-KGB agent Anton Petrov who escaped to South Africa. Petrov always believed that he can use the power of the supernatural to avenge the Mother Russia he knew and loved, this lead to his time in research involving satanic power and sacrifice. there were even rumors saying that he contributed to the DEVA system in 1996, it was later confirmed true when the local police discovered the cursed artifacts that was found in his home in Johannesburg. over the years, the American Central Intelligence Agency along with the British Secret Intelligence Service have added the cult to their watchlists following the recruitment of former US Marines from Afghanistan, Iraq and South Korea. later on, there were also former Spetsnaz operatives who used to be stationed in Western Russia. their last reported activity before Nigeria was when they kidnapped the daughter of the Italian Prime Minister when Petrov thought that he could let a relative of any world leader give birth to the Anti-Christ, his plan was however foiled by a joint operation by the SAS and Spetsnaz, Petrov unfortunately escaped and returned to hiding in Africa. years later, the daughter of the Japanese ambassador to Great Britain was on a trip to Nigeria with a British Army escort. this was Petrov's chance and so he and his followers set out to Nigeria to kidnap her and make an attempt to let her bear the cursed child, he unfortnately failed for the last time as Lt. Jack Parsons tracked him to a nearby Nigerian village where he not only tried to perform the ritual but also had himself killed in the fire bombing by RAF Titans that were deployed to extract Parsons and the ambassador's daughter. following the confirmation of his death, Petrov's followers surrendered to the British. the cult's American portion was sentenced to death for treason, the Russian portion suffered the same fate while the South African portion was sentenced to life in prison. the South African government seized and destroyed Petrov's research, the artifacts were confiscated and were delivered to the Vatican and the Russian government erased Petrov's existence as his acts were considered beyond treason.
