Keith used to be a police interceptor in Shrewsbury and Sapporo before he joined the Royal Marines, his father was a sailor on the HMS Henry the Fifth which is sailing alongside one of the american ships on the Korean Peninsula. when he lost his colleagues in a heli crash in Kyoto, he took an L119A1 rifle from the ground and snuck it through to Tokyo where he met Evan Price. he eventually helped out on an international operation to catch whoever caused the heli crash and decided to lay low in Shinjuku, it was only a matter of time until he accidentally crossed swords with Futaba Sakura under the codename "Shrewsbury". he was the girl's rival until they personally met in Cafe Leblanc, forming a bond between hackers. as of 2017, he was promoted to Sergeant following Sugimura's arrest and Cottsford's death in Taiwan.
Personality:
Despite being in the Royal Marines, Keith always had the "friendly constable" side he shows to anyone aboard the Henry the Fifth. however when he's in Japan, he acts more as an actual hacker than that "friendly constable". it was probably due to how new he is to the military before the USS Brooklyn sank, that was what his father apparently assumed at the time. he also happens to have a growing hatred for words referring to committing suicide using a noose due to an event in the past that gave him a Post-traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.
