Chapter 2

Flug's P.O.V
"I have brought some of my most successful pieces of work." I open my suitcase and reveal to him my inventions. He looks at them with a straight face, "where is the third invention?" He asked. "Right next to me sir" I said while presenting 5.0.5, "this here is 5.0.5, he is a genetically modified bear equipped with abilities such as cooking, cleaning, reading, and writing." "Aroooo!" Said 5.0.5 as he waved delightfully at Black hat. "Impressive Mr. Flug, now what do the  other two gadgets do?" he questioned. "I'm glad you asked sir" I take one of the inventions out, "here we have my shrink ray, this is can shrink even the largest objects known to man, into the size of an ant." I point the ray at a vase of flowers to demonstrate. I switch it on an pulled the trigger, a beam of light shot out and turned the vase extravagantly smaller. "And to undo the effects you just adjust the dial on the side to the word 'reverse'." I did this action and shot at the vase again turning it back to its normal size. "Hmmm intriguing" he said to me. "My last project to show you is my antigravity device, I created this for NASA to use for zero gravity training, unfortunately they never called back... It works with very well though I've tested it many times before completion." "Ok show me how great it is then" he said with both annoyance and boredom. "Oh well in order for me to do that I-" "Black Hat! I'm so booooored! Are you done talking to this nerd?" I was interrupted with the slamming of his office door. The one who caused  it was a girl with red and green hair whose eyes looked similar to a lizards. She walked towards black hat's desk. "DEMENTIA! WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT BARGING IN MY OFFICE LIKE THAT!!!"  his raspy voice boomed throughout the room as he starred at her with pure angry in his eyes. "Oh yea.... Oh well, maybe next time." She said with a mischievous smirk. She then faced me and started to examine me. "Ooooo what's that?" She pointed at my antigravity device. "Oh is one of my successful inven-" with that she grabbed it out of my hands and started playing around with it. "WAIT STOP DONT PRESS-!" It was too late. We all started to lift from the ground floating in the middle of the room. "FLUG WHAT IS HAPPENED?!" Black hat shouted. "Well this is what I was trying to say sir, if the room isn't empty then all items including people will float" he say in a panicked tone. "Wicked!!!" Dementia said as she did little flips. "HOW DO YOU STOP IT??!!" "You have to press the button again to deactivate it!" "I got this!!" and with that Dementia pressed the button and everything dropped. Both Black hat and Dementia landed on their feet, while as for me and 5.0.5 layed on the floor in slight pain. I got up and dust my self, 5.0.5 did the same. "Well Flug I think my it very clear on what will happened next" said Black hat as he looked down at me. I was prepared for rejection, but instead I got "Welcome to Black Hat Organization". I was in shock I actually got the job! I couldn't believe it! "Thank you sir! I promise you won't be disappointed!" I signed the papers, but after I got done signing them the question that I should have asked before the interview popped up. "By the way sir, what type of organization are you operating?" "I'm glad you asked Flug, we sell new gadgets that will help our customers take over cities, cause destruction and chaos, and absolute domination!" My heart dropped and happiness started to turn into fear. "W-who are the c-customers sir?" I said slightly trembling. "....he..hehe..hehahahaHaHaHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!!" He let out any evil laugh. "Our customers you ask? They are villains, and so are we." I was about to run away, until something grabbed me by the leg. It was a tentacle that came out of Black hats back. I started to claw too the door but I was being pulled back. I looked around to find 5.0.5 but Dementia had already gotten a hold of him. I was panicking and scared until Black hat was towering me as I was on the floor, helpless. "Now, now Flug, we don't want our inventor running away so soon?" He said with sinster smile. That's when I realized that I didnt sign a regular contract , no I signed a contract with my life to the devil himself.

Well! I certainly can't explain how sorry I am to many of you readers out there but I hope this chapter will do. I'm really trying to be as active as possible on my stories but it's not as easy as it seems. Don't worry thought I'm not gonna end the story short I'm going  to give it a proper ending and a good amount of chapters. Anyway I hoped you enjoyed this chapter! Peace ✌️
