Chapter 17!

Summer's pov

Nothing much has changed. Elijah and everyone is still here considering they think I'm a danger to myself and others right now. I'm slowly starting to return back to normal even though I still have the aching feeling in my heart that Derek left behind.

Anyway, I decided that I would offer Liam a lift back to Derek's after school considering he was staying while. I'm not sure how it came to him staying but I kind of liked it, it gave me the sense of a friend. I mean I have Peter but he's my uncle.

I got a text from Liam saying that he needed picking up and also that Mason was coming over with Corey. I didn't mind Mason and Corey coming over, I have also become quiet good friends with them also its just how the others will react when they see them.

I jumped into Derek's car and drove to the school. I was waiting for the boys when a bloody hand print was left on my window. I ran out to the side to see who it was and when I saw my mouth dropped open wide. Derek.

I quickly tried to take his pain, I took quite a lot away. Luckily the boys had turned up and they helped me get Derek into the car. I drove as quickly as I could, braking the speed limit by many miles per hour, to the animal clinic. Once we arrived it's a blur In my head. We took Derek into Deaton and Luckily he managed to help him. I went to see him.

"Der is that really you!"

"Yes its me Summer, I'm sorry if I worried you but I'm okay now!"

"Der I was grieving for you, I thought you were dead, I broke down I even thought about joining you! I'm so glad your back!"

"Can we just go home?"
"Of course Der lets go!"

I carefully helped Derek off of the table. I said my thanks to Deaton and we all made our way back to the loft.

When we got there everyone was just as shocked as I was, Peter actually seemed happy that he was back, it was hard on him too I mean he had to help me and grieve for his nephew it couldn't of been easy.

All of us had many questions to ask him but we just let him do his own thing considering he had just come back from the dead.

The question I was asking my self was Do I want to go back to Mystic Falls? The answer was yes of course I did and the Mikaelson's were heading back in a couple of months and I was thinking about going with them. Its not my final decision but I think its something that I should do.

I'm so sorry I haven't updated in a while and I'm also sorry that this was a rushed update but I wanted to get something up for you guys today.
