Summer's POV I have decided to go back to Mystic Falls. The decision wasn't easy but I made it. I know it's probably a terrible idea but I have to go at least to see how Damon is. I haven't heard from him in a while. No texts,no calls m. He's probably just handing out with Elena or solving the supernatural problems.
Today is the day I leave Beacon Hills for a year. Theo isn't happy about it but he knows I have to do it. He's my best friend and I have even started to fall for him. "Summer do you have to go?" Theo said sadly "Theo you know I have to! It's only for a year and then I will come back! We can text and FaceTime!" "Can we at least watch one last episode of Chicago Fire?" "Of course we can!" I chuckled at his response. Theo and I sat on the sofa and began to watch the episode of Chicago Fire. During the episode Theo wrapped his arms around me, when Shay ( one of the characters) died his grip tightened. It made me think. What if something happens to Theo while I'm gone? I shrugged off the thought knowing that Theo would be able to protect himself. I asked Derek to keep an eye on him just as a precaution.
The episode ended and it was time for me to leave. "Theo it's time for me to go!" "I know I'm going to miss you so much!" "I'm going to miss you so much too Theo!" "Summer you ready?" Derek asked "Yeah just give me a minute!" I hugged Theo tightly, his head buried in my neck and I could feel his shaky breath. I didn't want to let him go.

We finally pulled away. His eyes were filled with tears. I wiped one of his tears away with my think and placed a kiss on his cheek. "I'm not good at goodbyes but I will see you soon Theo!" "See you soon Summer!" I grabbed my bag and my keys. I made my way down to my new car. White Chevrolet Camaro. Same as Derek's just a different car.

I placed my bag in the boot and got into the front seat. I put the key in the ignition and the engine roared. I put it into gear and pulled out of the drive way. I was on the road to Mystic falls.
It's a very long journey. I put some music on and began to sing along.
A few hours into the journey and my phone started to ring. Theo. I answered the call and put it on speaker. "Hey Theo what's up?" "Nothing, I just miss you and I thought I would keep you company!" "Thanks it's getting a bit lonely, I miss you too!" Theo and I spoke for the rest of my journey. We could speak about anything and never run out of things to say.
I finally arrived in Mystic Falls. I first went back home. The Mikaelson's left Beacon Hills awhile before me so I was exited to see then. I switched off the engine and made my way to the front door open and everyone's eyes turned to me. "Hey guys I'm back!" Rebekah ran to me and hugged me.
After saying my hellos to everyone I made my way over to the Salvatore house. I knocked on the door and Damon answered. Woah he looks different. "Hello Damon!" "Summer your back!" "Yep!" He brought me into a hug. Damon and I spent hours drinking and talking. I finally met Stefan as well. He's so different compared to Damon.
I was back in Mystic Falls but not for long.
It's finally finished. I spent a while working on this chapter. Sorry it's not great and pretty messy but I wanted to get something up at least!
