"So are you getting on the train now?" David asks eagerly over the phone. I roll my eyes, smiling.
"Yes, David."
"Okay cool, text me when you're-" I cut him off.
"I know David, I know the plan." I state, annoyed. He's been repeating the plan over, and over again, we haven't even been on the phone for ten minutes!
"Alright, sorry, I'm just excited." He says, making me smile. I take my seat on the train, putting my bag next to me so no one sits there.
"I'm on the train, okay? I'll text you when I'm almost there so you can meet me at the station."
"Okay, see you soon."
"Alright, love you, bye."
"Love you too, bye."
We hang up. I grab my phone, plugging in my headphones, and putting my music on shuffle. I put both of my headphones in, and prepare myself for the hour ride.

"DAVIE!" I squeal, excitedly, running towards, and jumping on him. He laughs, hugging me tightly.
"Andie..." he sighs, smiling. We hugged for a while, until we heard an interrupting cough from behind David. I let go, looking up to see David's dad.
"Hi Mr. Dobrik!" I smile, hugging him tightly as he laughs.
"Hi, Andie. It's nice to see you, you've grown so much!"
"I know right?!"
The three of us walk to the car, David helps me with my stuff. I greet the rest of his family, even though Toby doesn't remember me.
When we get to David's house, we run upstairs towards his room. I sat on his bed as he sat on the rolling chair by his desk.
"So, how are you feeling about turning sixteen?" I ask, teasingly, he rolls his eyes. I always tease David since my birthday is before his.
"Oh shut up."
"So what are we doing for your birthday?" I ask, since he never told me what he had planned.
"Oh! My parents are gonna do something during the day, but they're leaving out of town that night so we can have a party." He explains, I smile mischievously.
"Ooooh, look at you! What a bad boy..." I tease him a little.
"Well, I don't mean to brag, but yes, I'm pretty much a badass now." He jokes, making me laugh.

"Alright, bye mom! Bye dad! Have a nice trip!" David smiles, we both wave to his family as they pull out of the driveway.
Once they're out of sight, David and I walk back into the house to get ready for the party. I helped David set everything up as much as I could before going to go get ready. I run up to David's room, picking my clothes out, and laying them on the bed. After, I begin doing my makeup. I quickly finish my makeup and get dressed quickly before David comes into the room.
