About an hour or so later we started locking up for lunch, I could see ahe was growing inpatient.
"Babe..." she turned on her heel
"Baabe..." she continued to ignore me
"Valery!" she turned around looking as thought I cursed at her and I might as well have. She hates when I call her name in public because I always say it wrong.

"You've got some nerve, calling me by my name. But you finally pronounced it right so I guess it's ok." she smiled "Can we go now?!" she asked excitedly.
"Ok, let me just get my things." she started jumping up and down as though I had told her we were going to disney world or something. I walked over to the back room, got my wallet, jacket and keys then, we were off. I quickly locked the door to the shop and got into the car. V was moving anxiously in her seat like a toddler going for ice cream. The drive was about five -ten minutes at most. As I pulled up I remembered something that would always make her blush no matter how mad or upset she was. When we pulled up her eyes were locked on her phone, as usual. So I quickly got out of the driver seat, ran over to her door and opened it and in that deep voice she likes I said,"Here you go baby."

She immediately looked up and began blushing uncontrollably. It made me smile a little bit more, inside and out to know that I could make her happy, no matter where we go. I held out my hand and she took it, we walked into the coffee shop hand in hand.

================================

We found a nice spot outside, our favorite to be exact. About three and a half years ago. I came here and ordered an expresso extra foam no cream and a croissant. I stepped to the side to count out the amount I needed to pay and the person behind the counter began serving another person. I then noticed that she had ordered the same thing as me, but was about eight dollars short. I don't know why, but my hand and heart reached out to her. I paid the remainder of her bill, then we sat together while we enjoyed our items.

Surprisingly we had alot in common, we both like art, we both had our fair share of mother issues and we both had alot of past experiences we weren't proud of. After over an hour, we exchanged phone numbers and headed our seperate ways. We started of by talking every now and again, then we started talking more, and more and before I knew it we were talking almost every day.

Then I asked her out, honestly expecting a no or some type of harsh rejection, I didn't care if I did get rejected, thats what I'm used to. But a nice surprise, she said yes. And now I have a girlfriend that wouldn't cheat on me and I would never cheat on. Someone who is always there no matter how stressed I get, no matter how broken, defeated and useless I feel. Yes I found my miss perfect. Or so I thought.

Turns out, there is still alot I don't know about her yet...
