I am so sorry that it took so long to write such a crappy chapter, I work 20 -25 hours a week and go to college, which is all coursework at the moment and it has been a struggle to find any sort of free time to write anything decent. It's a mess, however, please enjoy whatever rubbish this is.

Washington D.C 1986:
"That wasn't so bad, was it?" Rip gingerly questioned with his head tilted ever so slightly backwards, after they had safely emerged in the correct time period.
The 1980s, the decade of colour and bizarre fashion choices.
"Walk in the park." Retorted Snart sarcastically as he swiftly pulled the metal contraption upwards, freeing himself from the thick chair's restraints.
"Where are we now?"
"Washington D.C." Stated Rip who had swivelled one hundred and eight degrees and was now fully facing the rest of the team, who were attempting to gain their composure. "The year is 1986."
"We've landed at the height of the Cold War in a world poised for Nuclear annihilation. " Answered a standing Stein honestly.
"Oh great." Hissed Clarissa, as she was finally able to lift the mechanism, that was pressing uncomfortably down onto her chest, before she had ruffled her mop of straight ginger locks out of her face. "Safe and sound."
"We've travelled here because I have a new lead on Vandal Savage's location." Informed Gideon.
"Yes, Gideon managed to intercept this telefax concerning Savage's last known whereabouts." Rip continued to inform the team as the central screen produced a bright, documented image that had been heavily blocked out by large black bars, reducing the usefulness of the report.
"Tele... What?"
"It's like an email." Grinned Ray amused by Jax's innocent obliviousness. "But, on paper."
"Wow... That's totally useless." Chided Mick.
"Dude." The youngster groaned out, a confused appearance imprinted upon his face.
"The whole thing is crossed out."
"Yeah, redacted by the US government." Muttered the Captain. "Which is why we are here to steal the original file on Savage from those who are tracking him!"
With an audible grumble, a tired and realistic Clarissa, who knew full well that this plan was going to fall apart with even the slightest of their touch, yanked the black hair tie from its location upon her slender wrist and hauled her mane backwards. Content that her long hair was away from her sensitive eyes, she ran a hand across her face before letting a heavy sigh fall past her parted lips.
"This is going to go so well." She bitterly mumbled, their repetitive failure had forced her mood to turn sour quickly, her annoyance towards the group was evident to those surrounding and the tension between the team grew thick, uncomfortable and overall unpleasant. "I am so sure that the US government will happily hand over a classified document to a group of unqualified, unregistered strangers."
"You lack faith, Miss Falls." Rip retorted, rolling his eyes at her usual hostile comment, appearing rather ignorant of her irritated mood that only grew with his unnecessary commentary.
"Wait a moment." Clarissa quickly responded, her pale eyes peering down at the famous building directly before them with an incredulous and concerned look.
