((So I don't own Naruto or any of their characters, however I do own the characters that do not belong in Naruto. This fanfiction was the VERY FIRST fanfiction I did in my 8th grade class years ago. So the writing is not very good like the other stories I have done later in time. Plz review, vote, follow. Thank you!))
***Prologue***
There was a time when the Blue Dragon and the Red Dragon Clans was once peaceful. Until one full moon with misty gray fog, that surrounds the village and in the forest; peace was destroyed in that very night. Buildings were set on fire, and people were running, screaming in the village for their lives.
"My queen, we have to leave! The Red Dragon Clan are attacking the village, and killing everyone. We must leave, and get you and the little princess to safety now!" A maid yelled in terror, running to the Blue Dragon Clan's queen's side. The queen looks at her, and then she looks at the little girl in her arms sleeping. The little girl had dark blue hair, icy blue eyes, and she was wearing a plan green dress with yellow patterns. "My lady, we must leave," The maid says, as she looks around in terror.
"Yoko, I need you to take Luka from me, and run as far as you can from here." The queen looked at Yoko straight in the eyes and wasn't taking a no for answer. Yoko looks down at the queen's arms, which is holding the little princess. Yoko looks back up calmly at the queen.
"What are you going to do, my lady?" Yoko asked, as she holds out her hands to take Luka from her mother. The queen kisses Luka's forehead, and looks at Yoko and smiles sweetly.
"I will fight for my people and help them survive for another day." The queen says, and pushed Yoko into a hidden doorway, that leads to the outer forest of the village. Yoko ran as fast as she could without dropping the little princess. The further she ran, the further she heard the cries and screams from the villagers were fading. Yoko found a river and walked along it for two hours, listening to every sound around her.
After ten minutes she found a little boat in the riverside. Yoko noticed that the river was heading towards the near by village called the Hidden Mist Village, and she thought that they can be safe there. But Yoko hears some noises.
"No, they couldn't have found us," She whispers to herself. She looks at the boat, and then at Luka, who's still sleeping in the safety of her arms. Yoko leans over to the boat, and rapped Luka in a blanket and whatever else she could find to hide the little princess from the Red Dragon Clan ninjas. She starts to hear voices, and pushed the boat on the river and let it drift towards the Hidden Mist Village. "God, please keep our little princess safe; for one day she will rebuild our great Clan." She turns around and sees that the boat was almost out of her view.
Yoko turns to run the other way, and hears the movement of ninjas coming after her. She ran for 30 minutes, and stopped running when she came to a opened field. She looks around and throws a kuuni at a bush. A tall man jumps out, and looks at her in thought. He whistled, and about four other ninjas jumps out of trees and bushes. Yoko tries to take a step back, but she knew she couldn't escape from this. The tall man in front of her walks a little forward.
"Where's the little brat?"
"I will never tell you where she is!" Yoko yells at the man. The man grins and looks at the rest of his group. They also grinned and walked around her in arms reach. The tall man in front of her, grabbed her by the throat, and then he leans into her face.
"This is your last chance. Where is the girl? She should be 5 to 6 years old by now, right?" He asks. She looks at him unafraid.
"Never!" She closed her eyes. She then remembers the little boat going down the river, and then there was nothing......
Years and years have past on for all who escaped that terror able night.
