Chapter 8

Nicky's POV

"Do I know you?" The man was just sitting by me. I had no idea who he was but when he tried to kiss me I almost let him. He stared at me shocked. Why was he shocked? He looked hurt like someone has just killed someone he loved kind of hurt.

"Nicky... Do you not remember me?" He said.

"Should I?" He looked like he was about to cry. This made me feel bad.

"We'll what do you remember?" He asked.

"Um.. I don't know?"

"Do you remember the people close to you? Like family friends boyfriend?"

"I remember a boy." It was true. I remembered a boy. I remember him telling me he loved me and a face was coming to view when more people walked in. I looked only to meet his perfect set of eyes.

"Do you remember what this boy looked like Nicky?" I didn't even answer him. I just stood up and ran towards the boy in the door way. He seemed shocked.

"What the matter? Don't you love me anymore?" He looked down at me and smiled.

"Of course I still love you babe." This made me smile. I was trying to remember everything. I remembered his name. Erick.

Everyone in the room was looking at me. They all looked shocked. Then a girl walked towards me.

"Do you remember sweetie?" She had a soft voice.

"I'm sorry but no I don't." She looked hurt but covered it up quickly.

"We'll then let me introduce everybody. This is Alex" she pointed to the man who tried to kiss me "I'm Sophie and the man you with is-" I did t let her finish because I finished her sentence for her.

"This Erick."

"Why yes it is." She gave him a look and turns towards me again. "So is he the only one you remember?"

"So far yes." That's when a lady walked in looking like a doctor.

"Hello Nicky glad that your finally awake. How are you feeling?" The doctor looking lady said.

"I'm feeling fine just a little sore on my legs. And I have headache." I said rubbing my temples.

"Okay Nicky if you would just just sit here on this table I will be taking your friends away just to the other room. We have to discuss some things okay sweetie."

"Yes mam'" with that said she left with with me friends and my boyfriend.

Alexa POV

We all left the room. We walked into the living room and the doctor began to speak.

"As you know Nicky lost a lot blood. She was also shot in the head. Well with the amount of blood loss and the wound to the head it created a memory loss. I'm not sure if her memory will return or not. All I know is that you may just have to try to jog her memory back or she will start a new life." Those words stung. How am I suppose to jog her memory back!? She probably doesn't even want to talk me.

"We'll how are we suppose to do that?!" I said

"I don't know." The doctor got up and left.

We all sat there shocked. Nicky only remember Erick and what made it worse was that she thought he was her boyfriend! This made me angry and I ran out if the house slamming the door behind me. I ran out into the woods and just sunk next to a tree trunk. I thought Nicky loved me? If she loved me she would of remember me right? Ugh all I know now is that my life is ruined.
