Summary: There's no way he has a crush on her. Juvia is his friend. It seemed like a sin to even look at her that way.

*Gruvia fluff*

Gray and his best friend Juvia were currently sitting on his couch in his room looking at their favorite movie, Sixteen Candles. Shh! Don't tell the boys that Gray loves 80's rom-coms; he's never gonna hear the end of it. It was their little tradition to watch this movie every 16th day of the month, and if Gray's being honest he waited for this day every month.

Juvia was currently resting her head on his shoulder as she ate popcorn from the bucket. They both laughed at Long Duk's random shenanigans during the party.

"You know I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching Long Duk being ridiculous." Juvia said. Gray nodded. "Same, he honestly made the whole movie." Gray said. Juvia saw a shiny object that turned out to be a book in the corner of her eye, and it automatically caught her attention. She got up and walked towards it.

"What're you doing?" Gray asked. Juvia picked up the book and smirked when she saw the cover. "Me and my bestie's memory book huh?" Juvia said. She showed the old scrapbook that he hasn't touched since the 7th grade. Gray blushed. "Put that back!" Gray said, but of course she didn't listen.

She opened it and smiled at the first picture she saw. "Awe we were so cute!" She said. Gray was automatically interested in what picture she was talking about. "Let me see." He demanded. She plopped back down on the couch with him and showed him the picture completely forgetting the movie.

"God we were like 6 in this picture." Gray said. Juvia pointed to the next picture of them riding bikes together. "I remember that day. I fell off my bike a few minutes after this picture, and you helped me heal my scar." Juvia said. Gray smiled at the memory. "Oh yeah, you wouldn't stop crying for a while and I had to give you some ice cream so you would stop." Gray said laughing a little bit.

Juvia blushed in embarrassment. "Well ice cream always makes me feel better." She said. She flipped to the next page and blushed at the picture of them dancing at the Spring Ball in 6th grade. "Awe I remember this." Gray said unintentionally wrapping his arm around her as she naturally scooted closer to him.

"People would not stop teasing us about going together." Gray said blushing at all the annoying and embarrassing comments the kids made. "Well it was considered a big deal for a 6th grader to have a date at the Spring Ball back then." Juvia said. "We were having fun until everyone kept telling us to get married already and that bullshit." Gray said.

"And don't forget the ship name they gave us, Gruvia. That stuck all the way til our senior year of high school!" Juvia said. Gray's heart started pumping. Deep down, he's always wondered what it'd be like to date Juvia. He admits that he once had a little thing for her in like sophomore year, but then she started dating that prick Bora til junior year so he backed off.

"Are you okay? Your heart is beating really fast." Juvia said resting her palm over his chest. This did not help him at all. He swiftly jerked her hand away, and basically forced his blush to go away. "It's nothing." Gray lied. She just shrugged and closed the scrapbook. "We can look at this later; let's just finish the movie." She said. He nodded and faced the screen.

Fifteen minutes have gone by since they looked at the scrapbook, and for some reason he could not stop thinking of possibly dating Juvia. So many scenarios have gone through his mind of all the things they would've done together. Now that he thinks about it... oh no way.
