Kagome:

I had no idea wheather to be mad or hurt more. Finally I had found a guy who would put me first, before a fight and another women. Clearly I had been wrong. So wrong. And what angered me was the fact that he had no idea what he had done wrong and kept doing wrong.

He snapped at Ginta and Hikaru when I came near her. But he just ignored them, shoving them away from where I was sitting up near the fire. I refused to look at him, rather to be childish than to let him see how he effected me. But then again didn't wolves have excellent sense of smell? Could they smell and distiquish emotions who knew? And right now I didn't care.

"Kagome. Please look at me."

'Nope way, call me a child if you want but I have no want to look at him.' I refused to look at him. "Is it me? Is that it?" He demanded to know. Obvious he had no idea what he had done. Big surprise. He was no different than Inuyasha. And that was saying something.  'I sure can pick them.'

I gave him a strict nod. Indicating that he was now starting to understand. And it was about time.I heared him mutter something of the effect: "what did I do?"

"Tell me what I can do to make it better" He told me, he was trying that did earn some brownie points. I had to give him that. But the thing was he was never going to listen or give me what I wanted. He was that revenge obessed. I just shock my head. Not even willing to bother asking for it, not that I could really talk. "Damn it I just wanna make you happy."

"Thats the thing, Koga...your not." Ginta bravley pointed out. Koga turned on the male, cleary not wanting to hear what he had to say, "Koga think about it. What did you say to her last?"The alpha seemed to think about what he said. Koga signed, "Kagome..." He started esasperated. But then seemed at a loss for words. "I need to go. You'll be safe here while I'm away." However, he had to relieze that did not change things. Even he had that much common sense. "You can finish healing while I'm away."

I didn't know if I was more hurt or angered my his words. That was still undecided. The only known factor was that I wanted to end this conversation, so I did the only thing I could and looked away.

Kago:

Before turning away once more her eyes flashed in two different shades of emotions. Angrey and hurt. But I had no choice I needed to do this, to avenge my fallen pack mates and she needed to understand that. I bet the reson she did not want me to go was because it could be dangerous. No matter nothing could touch me. "Ill be back soon, don't worry everything will be fine. "

"Soon my hyde. " Diro muttered, "he said that the last few times and he has yet to find the bastard." I growled at the male. And I was too stuborn and pridefull to admit he had a point. It was hard to do, but I left her with a kiss goodbye leaving her and my normal traveling companions in charge. Hopefully they would not screw the pack over to badly. I had to turn her head to get a good bye smoch but that was ok. She would come to understand.

Monthes passed and winter came,  grabbing a hold of the landscape. Forcing inhabitants to struggle to survive. The cold and worry over my pack and mate forced me back to the den. Unsussfull in my mission but looking forward to seeing my mate. When I walked up, Kagome would come running and jump into my arms. Killing me with kisses, clearly she had missed me. And then we would mate.

But that is not what greeted me when I got back to the caves......

The gaurds outside of the cave were the first to spot me. We greeted eachother and they allowed me to pass. The main living space was almost empty but it was late at night. The ones who were present greeted me as well, but I wanted to see my mate. "So Koga how'd it go?" Shinta asked. I gave him a pointed look, choising not to answer. I had nothing to show for my leave of absense. "Where is Kagome?"
