Chapter 16: Reunion

Suddenly the door was opened, "I did."

Then a boy with hoodie walked in, "Hello, Leader."

It was Jinha.

She was speechless, Jinha without a doubt is one of the best fighters she had ever known and most trusted with loyal personality but Jinha doesn't know how to use a gun.

Jinha then slowly walked in after he closed the door behind him. "I shot Junho, he was my distant relatives. He wanted to take over my family's business even though he had no right to do so. He was also very power hungry so I tried to stop him. Also you were in danger, Leader. That's why I felt like I need to step in to help, both you and Jonggun hyung."

More questions were swirling in her minds, as if Jinha knows, "You can ask anything, I am sure you are very confused. I will answer all of them truthfully."

"Where did you learn how to use a gun and what kind of family's business is it?" She asked curiously

"The family business is Mafia group, I am the rightful successor for the Cho Group from district 10, Gangnam area." He stopped for a while on the foot of my bed, "Learning how to use a gun and combat training are part of the duty as a future heir of the group."

If he was a heir, why did he even join her group, "I joined your group because of my admiration for you. It is also the chance for me to learn to be a good leader and also to test my skill going undercover. Leader, and You were a very strong, brave and amazing leader. You saved me once when I was in the 7th grade."

Then she recalled saving a skinny boy who was cornered by a bunch of mean looking high school students. They were cornering him for money because he dressed like a common chaebol.

"That boy was you? You look very different."

"Leader, you look different back then too but yes, I worked out a lot because as a heir, I can't appear weak."

She suddenly remembered back in 7th grade, she was still a common girl. A normal girl with love for material arts. She grew up learning all sorts of material arts from a very young age. She saved Jinha not because she loved to fight but because she likes to help people. It is indeed different from who she is now.

"Leader, you might look different but you are still you. The leader that saves others like how you help the old lady crossed the street or helping kids who got bullied. Looks don't even matter here but you have a great personality and a very kind heart."

"Thank you. Though it's a first that somebody complimented me that much."

"It is pure my observations since I became your right hand man."

Jonggun coughed, the looking-for-attention cough. "Your purpose here is?" He asked rudely. She slapped his shoulder with a why-are-you-so-rude look which Jonggun ignored.

Jinha doesn't seem to mind or maybe he just didn't realised, "Oh right, I am here to say that I resigned myself from the group. I must leave for overseas to learn more about the business. I learnt a lot from you and actually shooting someone or using guns are not allowed when I am going undercover," he laughed nervously, "But I did it anyway and it's for a good cause to save you. Jonggun hyung also seems to be struggling handling Junho and trying to stop you from going berserk."
