I have been going to the classes all week, but they aren't helping like I thought they would. they actually make me feel more depressed than I already am. I think today might be my last one.
I walk in and the guy T is back. he is staring at me. I do have coffee, and I'm poorly dressed, I never noticed how nice his eyes are, their the eyes you could lost in, so I just walk over and sit down. He still stares at me....... and this is awkward now. I decide to stare back at him, just to see if he would look away, he didn't.
Before too long, it's a staring contest. It's been like 5 minutes, and he hasn't looked away, but neither have I. then I hear my name, and so does he.
"Cassandra, could you give us your whole story today?"
I feel all eyes on me, and yet again his. "um, sure."
"Wonderful." Victoria says turning to me.
"Well,um, I grew up with my friend and grew to to be like sisters." I say focusing on him, as he did to me. It felt like I was only talking to him, like we were the only ones in the room. "And when I was ten, my family literally dragged me out kicking and screaming. This was planned by my mom." I say I feel the water filling my eyes. "um, sorry. I, uh, feel like now half of me is missing, and I can't get it back because it's half way across the country in California."
"Wow. I'm sorry Cassandra for your loss." I can't hold in my tears, so I get up and walk outside. I hear someone behind and just suspect that it's Caleb, and I turn around and hug him.
"I wanna go home." I say crying into Caleb's jacket.
"Alright, where do you live?" that's not Caleb's voice, that's that guys T voice, deep and kinda sexy. No stupid, it's not sexy!
"Oh my god." I say pulling away, tear rushing down my face, thankfully no mascara. "I'm sorry, I thought you were my brother."
"It's alright Cassandra."
"Um, thanks?"
"So, what do you wanna do?"
"What?"
"You said you wanted to so something ."
"No, I said I wanna go home."
"Alright, where do you live?"
"I meant back to California."
"Oh, well I can't take you there."
"Yeah."
"You wanna go somewhere?"
"Where?"
"My house. To watch a movie."
"I don't even know you."
"So? Yes or no?"
"Um I guess?"
"You my friend, are very dangerous."
"Why?"
"Getting into a car with a strange boy..."
"I could care less right now."
"Why?"
"I don't know. I just don't i guess."
"You guess a lot."
"I do?"
"Yeah, you do."
Then we get in his car and he starts to drive up the street, the opposite way from my house.
