Jace Herondale - The Mortal Instruments

Your POV

I was at Pandemonium looking for some demons to kill. Typical day in the life of a shdowhunter. I was on the dance floor swaying my hips trying to grab the attention of any nearby demons.

I looked towards the back room and saw a load of demons and one, but quite attractive, Shawdowhunter. He's going on a suicide mission.

I think I might help him. I slipped past the swaying bodies on the dance floor and made my way back, I snuck into the room and hid in the shadows.

The shawdowhunter looked my age, 18. He had blonde hair but I couldn't see his face as he was facing away from me. There were at least a dozen demons, 12 on 2 not the worse odds I've had.

The demons started to surround him, so I came out of the shadows. "Hey! At least make it a fair fight."

I ran and slashed at 2 demons in front of me and joined the shawdowhunter. We were back to back, well this going to be a fun evening.

The first demon came at me, I jumped over it and landed on my feet and stabbed my seraph blade straight through its back. It disappeared within seconds.

2 more demons came at me. I jumped in the air, spun around with my swords out. When I landed the demons crumpled to the ground and disappeared.

3 down, another 10 to go. I looked behind me to see the shadowhunter had killed 4 other demons, that makes it easier. I quickly joined and stabbed to in front of me.

I looked around to the last demon was gone, either it died or ran. I was now face to face with the shadowhunter, and damn was he cute. Dirty blonde hair,and gorgeous golden brown eyes.

"The names y/l/n, y/n y/l/n." I said.

"Jace Herondale, I haven't seen you around. You new?"

"New shadowhunter, no. New to the city, yes. I'm visiting a...old friend you could say"

"Well y/n, thanks for the help. I do believe you deserve something in return." He smirked, damn that had me.

"What do you suggest?"

He learned down to my ear and whispered "don't speak out loud next time. And thanks I think you're cute too."

Before I could say anything I felt his lips on mine. There were fireworks going off in my head.

I, of course, kisses back.

We pulled away and just smiled.

"I hope we can do this again sometime y/n"

And with that he left.

A/n omg I'm so sorry for not updating, I had exams before summer and a s*** loud of homework. Plus now I'm going on holiday in just over a week. Promise, more updates soon and don't forget to request!!
