Chapter 30.2

LILI'S POV

We were still at the After Party having a lot of fun.
Currently we were grouped up with Ashleigh, KJ and Cami.

I rubbed my arms a bit, when a slight wind came through the halls.
"Hey you cold?"
Cole almost shouts into my ear, whereas it's still very loud.
"Yeah a bit"
I say back.
"C'mon"
He says, pulling of his blazer
"What are you doing?"
I ask.
"You can have my jacket"
He smiles.
"Aren't you cold?"
I shout.
"Nah it's fine"
He says, giving me a kiss on my cheek.
It was a bit awkward, because it was the first time he kissed me in public.

I looked up to him, smiling.
He looked back down at me, giving me a wide toothy smile. He wraps his arm around me and pulls me closer to him.

After some time KJ also gave Ashleigh his jacket, which caused Cami to be a bit jealous.
When the boys are finally off, talking with some reporter I take the chance to talk to Cam.

"Hey Cam, everything ok?"
I ask, as I sit down next to her.
"Uh yeah, it's cool."
She gives me a smile.
I smile back and lean in to her ear.
"Ashleigh has a boyfriend, by the way"
I whisper-shout
She looks at me a bit shocked.
I don't know if it was because I found at that she was jealous about KJ giving Ashleigh his blazer or the fact that Ashleigh had a boyfriend.
I only found out yesterday that she has a boyfriend. She seems to be in a relationship with him, for 2 weeks now.
So I was pretty shocked about that.

Suddenly Kara, the friend of Madeline Hills came and sat beside us.
"Hey, how's it going?"
She asks.
"Fine and you?"
I ask.
"Yeah everything fine. It's really cool here."
She says.

I take a quick sip of my wine, before Cami stands up.
"I'm gonna go look for KJ, see ya guys"
She says and walks off
"K bye"
I say and wave, before referring back to Kara again.
"So what is actually your job?"
I ask.
"I'm a journalist/ reporter for the magazine People"
She tells me.
We have a small talk, before she starts to ask me some questions about our bondings in the cast.
"Yeah, we're a very close cast. We are all very good friends and I'm really happy to work with such a cast"
I say as always.

I was thinking about mentioning my relationship with Cole, when he just approached us.
"Hi ladies"
He says, sitting his self next to me and placing his hand on my back.
"Hiii"
I say, smiling at him.
"Hey"
Kara says.
"Uh hey"
He says, recognizing her again.
"You're Katherine, right?"
"Yeah uh Kara"
She corrects him, laughing.
"Uh sorry"
He laughs.
There is a short silence, then Kara leans in again to talk to us.
"So um can I ask you guys something?"
"Yeah sure"
I respond.
"I hope I'm not invading your guys privacy too much with this... but... are you two dating or... have you ever... made out once?"
She asks.
I look at Cole and he just nods.
I mive my head back to her
"Yes we are dating"
I tell her.
"Really?!"
She says, shocked.
After some time about talking about our relationship we decided to give her the permission to write an Article about it.

"And I'm not gonna use any proof pictures, if you don't want me to."
She explains.

I (and I highly think Cole too) thought it was a good way, to make our Relationship official.
We didn't have to confirm anything directly and we knew we can trust her. She was only gonna write about, she saw us kissing (which we later then did) and canoodling. She wasn't gonna post any photos or videos and she wasn't gonna write that we confirmed our relationship.
We still wanted to keep this a secret. Somehow it also is a bit fun to just seal our lips, to this topic. It felt like we had something special (which we anyways had... but it felt more vulnerable).
