Chapter 16

CAMILA'S POV

For my surprise I woke up in Lili's bedroom, but as I gathered my fade memories from yesterday I remember, I decided to go with her home.
But as I think a little further, I can remember that Cole and KJ also wanted to stay. I stand up from my mattress, to look for them.
Firstly I catch Cole lying behind Lili on her bed. But I can't find KJ.
I go out of the room into the living room, but I can't find him there either.
Suddenly I hear cutlery jangling. I follow the sound into the kitchen, where I spot KJ, making breakfast.
"Well, now I know I can even trust my fade memories... you stayed here too..."
I say, approaching him.
He chuckles.
"... yeah, I did..."
He says, ignoring the pan where he was baking pancakes and looking right into my eyes.
"Look Cami-"
"I know you're sorry"
I interrupt.
He sighes loudly, turning off the stove and taking a few steps into my direction. I stand still with crossed arms.
"I understand, if you won't EVER forgive me for what I've done, but please... just know, that I love you Camila Mendes and that'll always will love you... that kiss is the biggest regret of my life and I promise you, I will do anything.... anything you want, so that you're happy!"
He tells me and looks me deeply into my eyes.
"You are going to be the death of me KJ Apa"
I chuckle and throw my arms around him. He grabs my waist and pulls it to him.
"I love you"
I say softly.
Then our lips meet.
God how I missed those kisses!
The kiss was passionate, full of love and yet so gentle and soft.
After some time we pull away from each other.
"Where is actually Madi?"
I ask curiously.
"Ah, she's at Trevis's"
KJ explains
"Trevis Mills?"
I almost shout.
"Yeah"
"Since when are they friends"
"Siiiince... I think like 2-3 months now"
He goes on.
"Oh..."
I say.
Then Lili comes in yawning loudly.
I chuckle and roll my eyes.
"Good Mor-"
All at once she stops and her eyes wander over to my arms, which were still slung around KJ's neck.
"...ning..."
She smiles.
I loosen my arms and walk over to the fridge.
"So anyone Breakfast?"
"Aah No I'm gonna wait for Cole..."
Lili answers and Cole walked in by the second.

LILI'S POV

"Hey there Juliet!"
He says sweetly, planting a kiss on my cheek.
"quoting from Jughead Jones"
KJ laughs.
"Well it's not bad is it?"
Cole smiles sitting down next to me.
Then I hear Cami quietly summing Hey now Hey now... which made me to instantly sing loud.
"HEY NOW HEY NOW, THIS IS WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OFF"
I sing.
"HEY NOW-"
Cami starts.
"-HEY NOW-"
I then sing on for her and we sing on together.
"-THIS IS WHAT DREAMS ARE MAD-"
I break out into laughter, not even able to finish the song anymore after Cole stood up and said;
"Oh god. This is definitely not good for my ears."

COLE'S POV

At the breakfast table, Lili showed us the pictures she took yesterday when we started to drink a bit too much.

"Although Cole... you really don't look that different on other pictures"
Cami laughs. Which affected Lili and Cole to laugh even louder.
"You're right!"
Lili says.
"What's the plans for today?"
I ask after a pause of silence.
"Uuhhm shooting chapter 15 of Riverdale"
Lili says, looking confused.
"Yeah but that starts at 5:00 pm"
I tell her.
"Uh I don't know..."
She looks around the table, for someone who can suggest something.
"Maybe we could go shopping?"
Cami proposes.
