I"m surrounded by darkness anywhere I run. I couldn't escape it as if it will never leave me. I try to scream from the bottom of my lungs and to call for help but not a hint of even a moan escape my mouth. It's dark and terrifying. I don't know how long I have been walking yearning to find a wall but the darkness is endless.
"Let... me... out" a cold voice came from everywhere. It was a sad whisper. I look at my surroundings seeking for its source but like I thought before it is an endless darkness. I span around and around, waiting, searching and crying.
"Let.. me.. out" once again it spoke but the person is not insights. No one is here. No one is around. I opened my mouth once more to speak but no words came out.
It repeats the same plea over and over as it gets louder and louder.
"LET ME OUT!!!" the voice became an agonizing roar. Violent screams of anger. It made my head throb badly. I covered my ears to get its voice out of my head and out of my mind.
"DON'T FIGHT ME!!! LET ME OUT!!!" it sounded nothing like a person nor an animal. It shrieks as if its in pain.
I squinted my eyes shut and keep covering my ears. I was scrrunching my ears so hard that it hurts but I'd prefer that kind of pain better than hearing the excruciating scream.
The voice stop screaming. Finally I let go of my ears and open my eyes. The light is back. My hands felt sticky. When I look at my hand it was covered by a familiar red liquid. Blood.
I felt a chill in my every limbs down to my very bone. I was so horrified by the sight of my that feet gave out to knees. I tremble excessively and my back is soaked by my own sweat. Every huff that I make is a tear trailing down my face.
Infront of me a pair of bare foot appeared. I raise my eyes to see who stood before me.
A demon in a too reveling white robe. Her face is ashen. Every vane in her temple are visible like a tree brunch. Her eyes is fully black and no pupil. Her hair is long, black and unkempt. Though she fails to show emotions through her eyes her says she is not pleased.
She wasn't ugly even though her traits are extremely ridiculous. It's hard to comprehend if she's pretty or not. She looks like one of those demons that tempts men into the forest then killing them there.
She look me over the same way I did to her then her face dropped lower and looked disappointed. This time it was me whose not pleased. Then she blinked as if coming into a revelation.
"Let me out" she says. It was the same voice but calmer and had no pain.
I merely stared at her and wonder what she meant by "letting her out". As if she caught on to that she bends over so we were eye level then stare at me too.
She moves with elegance that it mesmerized me. Her slender hands raised then swiftly it was around my neck. She raises me off my feet.
"Sorry little girl" her voice is cold and seductive "It's either you or me"
She tightens her grip around my neck. It's hard to breath. Fear and panic came rushing in. I was afraid again.
"Kuan Tian was it?" she grins, showing her canines. "How dare your father saying you resemble anything like me"
...
"KUAN TIAN!!!" someone yells in my ears.
cough...cough... I woke up coughing and huffing. Terrified by a dream.
I was sweating like a pig. A cold chill lingers in my neck as if the demon's fingers was still around me. I touched where her fingers should've been and felt it sting. I must've been clawing for air.
