I dreamt about you last night.
I dreamt that we stilled talked
That I was your favorite person like i once was
That we were happy together and planning our future.
But as soon as I woke from that dream
The world became a nightmare.
The worst one you could ever imagine.
You were gone.
I'm not sure what I was expecting when I told you I was leaving but it wasnt this
I was meant to be happy.
I was meant to feel better
I don't feel those things.
I guess what I really wanted was for you to show me you cared
To fight for me to stay
But you just let me go
And so this chaos that you once calmed;
Issued.
It consumed me and you're letting it
You're letting me drown.
I want to come crawling back to you...
I want to so bad..
I just might...
