I brought a dozen cupcakes to after school class, but I was disappointed to find that it wasn't just me.
"Are you going to share?" Jongin smirked. The cupcakes or my private study time?
"Yeah, I can share," I counted the other people in the room, so far Jongin, Baekhyun, and Jongdae, still in their soccer gear, they would learn. I should've expected this with the news of the trip to China.
I sat in my desk, Chanyeol came through the door, "Sorry for being late."
"At least you knew to show up dressed right," Tao sighed.
"CJ did."
"I probably wouldn't have if I could still play tennis," I held up my wrist.
"You're a tennis star, aren't you, CJ?" Jongin asked.
"Yeah, I had number one spot, until I broke my wrist."
"How did you break it?" Jongin asked.
"A fist fight," I lied.
"When I asked, she fell on the stairs," Tao opened the box of cupcakes and took the biggest one.
"Lame," Jongin snorted.
"Hey, can I have one?" Chanyeol asked.
"Not you, you called my bakery stupid. Why are you even here if you can, and I quote "go to Beijing whenever you want."?"
"That doesn't mean the cupcakes aren't good and I don't want my company to go bankrupt."
"You still can't have one."
"I think everyone is here, we can start now," Tao handed out worksheets, "Let me know if you need help."
I glanced at the work sheet, and decided I wouldn't know how to do any of it, I raised my hand, "Hey, T..." shit, there were other people in the room still, I couldn't just call him Tao, "TT! I'm like TT!"
"Are you okay, CJ?" Baekhyun asked.
"I'm great! I just thought we could use some music in here. Mr. Huang, do you like SHINee? You should play SHINee."
"Stop acting so weird," Chanyeol said, "You crazy fan girl."
"You're acting weird!"
Tao gave me a confused look, "Just put your headphones in."
"Okay," I took my phone out of my bag, only to have it ring, it was Kris, "Can I answer this?"
"Sure."
I stepped out into the hallway, "Why the hell are you calling me?"
"Got any good information?"
Oh, right, the case, "No, I haven't gotten a chance to go in there."
"Go in there now, plant the bugs."
"I'm kind of busy right now."
"Just go."
I groaned and made my way to the second story, the door to Mr. Johnson's classroom was locked, "It's locked."
