I was just chilling in my room watching Netflix on my mac book. The door bell had gone off and I told Grayson to get it. He ignored me so I rushed down and opened it.
"Oh uh hey!"he said
"Hey...?"i said back
"Sorry I didn't tell you my name"he said
"Okay well are you going to tell me then?"I said crossing my arms
"Yeah but you gotta tell me your's too!" He said smirking
"Okay on 1 we say it"I explained
"3...."I said "2.... "he said "1...."we both said
"Mark!"he said
"Nice name"i said letting him inside
"Hey! What about your name?"he said while his smile faded fast
"I tricked you...I think it's best if you didn't know"I said going up stairs
"Hey gray mark is down stairs waiting for you"I told him while knocking on his door
"Okay I'm coming"he said getting closer to the door
I went back in my room and watched river dale. I paused it to get up and walk towards my window. I looked thru it and I watched them play basketball. Mark noticed me and winked. He is so weird and cringey I can't believe gray is friends with him.
"Hey honey you should give the boys some water"my mom said walking in on me
"Ugh mom I am kind of busy"I said with a fake smile
"Yeah checking out your brothers friend now go give them water"she said getting smart with me
"Fine but I wasn't checking him out"I said rolling my eyes
I grabbed some cups and filled then with ice then water. I put my Nike slides and walked out. Mark then took off his shirt and thats when I walked back inside. I don't want to see this cringey boy's undefined stomach. I took a deep breathe and walked back out. I slowly walked up and they took the water.
"Thanks jai"Grayson said out loud
"Jai?"mark said raising his eye brow
"Yeah her name is jai-"gray said before getting cut off by me
"Doesn't matter continue your game"i said walking back inside.
I ran back into my room and jumped on my bed. I got a FaceTime call from my bestie Brandon Rowland . I fixed up my hair and answered it. (FaceTime) "Hey Brandon!"i said
"Hey I need your help with something"he asked
"Sure what is it?" I asked him
"Can you come over it's kind of private"he explained
"Sure I'll be over there around 10 mins"I told him
"Okay cya"he said while ending the call

I got back up and changed my outfit^ I put my hair in a messy bun and left. I looked to my right to see mark and gray still playing basketball. I quickly turned my head and tried to ignore them but little did I know my plan didn't turn out right.
"Hey jai where are you going?"gray asked me
"Going to my bestie's house" I said walking up to him
"Kenzie?"mark asked
"Uh no she is like my sister"I explained
"She is talking about Brandon"gray told mark
"Yep so I gotta I can't keep I'm waiting"I said walking away
"Brandon who?"mark asked gray
"Uh Rowland.."gray said with a confused look
(Brandon's House) *knocks* *doors open*
"Oh hey...jaiden"hunter said
"Hey is Brandon home?"I asked
"Yeah actually he is in the backyard come in"he said moving aside
"Okay thanks!"I said passing thru
"Jai"Brandon said walking up to me
"Hey are you good?"I asked in a concerned tone
"Yeah I just need help with something"he asked
"Okay go on"I said
"So uh I was thinking on asking Kenzie out"he said nervously
"Omg that's great!"I said hugging him
"But how do I do it"he said breaking the hug
"Take her out to lunch"I told him
"Would she like that"he asked nervously
"Yeah its food she will"i said messing up his hair
"Okay thanks!" He said sounding relieved
"Cool so I gotta go"I said with a frown
"Awh but don't tell Kenzie"he told me
"Sure thing bye!"I said waving and leaving his house.
