Mark texted me to get ready for our date. My plan is to hang loose,have fun and not thing any less of it. I grabbed the clothes I planned on wearing last night.

Its nothing too formal but something casual. I threw on a little mascara and lipstick. I have no idea where we are going but hopefully it will be fun! I went down stairs and mark knocked on the door as soon as I came down.
"Hey gorgeous"mark said walking in the house
"Please don't call me that"I said
"Oh sorry beautiful"he said
"Not that either"i said crossing my arms

You might think it's silly of me to cry over that. My last boyfriend only dated me for my looks. When I found out we broke up. I was hoping mark wasn't like that. As soon as he said that everything that happened at the Bahamas flashed in my head. I started to cry so I ran upstairs. I regret over reacting but clearly I am just a pretty face. I can't believe that's all he sees me as.
"Hey what's wrong?"mark asked coming
"Mark I don't want to see you"I said putting a blanket over my head
"Please explain what I did"he said taking the blanket off my head
*I explained everything*
"Jade don't ever thing that of me you are so much more"he said grabbing my hands

We watched a movie and when he was about to leave he said something. I never thought this would have happened. I wonder what everyone else would think. But I don't care.
"Soo uh jai"he said nervously
"Yeah...?"i said with my hand on the door
"Will you be my girlfriend?"he asked
"Yes!"i said hugging him
"Really?!"he said with a shocked face
"Yes mark"I said hugging him tight
"Let's continue this hug tomorrow I gotta go"he said breaking the hug
