(Aayla. 😻 She deserves so much recognition, tbh.)
Blue - The most common saber color, the blue saber is generally associated with protection, consciousness and intellect. Its wielders are usually very protective of their loved ones and it is the color of many Jedi lightsabers. Famous users include Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Shaak Ti and Aayla Secura.
Green - The green saber portrays peace and harmony. It is often used by the more powerful and wise Jedi Knights and Masters. Famous users include Yoda, Qui-Gonn Jinn, Luke Skywalker and Luminara Unduli.
Red - The red sabers are commonly used by the Sith and users of the Dark Side of the Force. It reflects evil and disharmony, but the primary factor of the red glow of the sabers are the cracked Kyber crystals that color the saber red. Famous users include Kylo Ren, Darth Sidious, Asajj Ventress and Darth Vader.
Yellow - Primarily used by the Jedi Temple Guards to keep the Sith at bay while patrolling the galaxy, these sabers signify defence and protection.
Purple - One of the rarer saber colors, this saber is used by Siths-turned-Jedis. It portrays redemption, reformation and rebirth. It is a symbol of bad becoming good again. Famous users include Mace Windu, The Dark Woman and Kit Darren.
White - Also a very rare color, this saber is used by former Jedi whom have either left the Order or have been expelled from it. It is also used by the Gray Jedi. The white glow represents neutrality with the force, since the users are neither good nor bad. Famous users include Ahsoka Tano.
Orange - Another rare color, this saber represents negotiation as well as wisdom. Famous users include Yaddle and Plo Koon.
Gold - One of the rarest saber colors, gold sabers are only wielded by very, very, highly skilled Force users. Famous users include Q-Ron.
Silver - There is relatively no data on this saber, but what is known is that it is used by only the most calm and collected Force users. They signify serenity and peace. Famous users include Korren Horn.
Black or Darksaber - With only one Darksaber known to be floating around, this ancient, experimental, weapon was used by Jedi in ancient times, but was stolen and appropriated by a group called the Mandalorians. It was passed down the ages through Mandalorian generations, until Darth Maul stole it during the Clone Wars.
The color means that the wielder is stronger than the Sith and Jedi, and twice as powerful.
I hope this helped. I would love to see more Star Wars fanfictions with diverse lightsabers tbh.
