Chapter 8~

It was the day before school in U.A.

I am slightly nervous, but what can you do?

I heard a knock on my door which made me jump up from my comfortable position - I was watching T.V by the way - and fall off the couch.

I groaned, "I'm coming!"

I walked over to the door and opened it, when I opened it, I saw my aunt Kia and a boy who looked so familiar.

"Why does he look familiar?"
"Why does she look familiar?" We asked at the same time.

I stared at him weirdly.

"Oh wait...Kai?" I asked.

"Hikari?" He had a smile on his face.

"Oh hey cousin long time no see!" I grinned and gave him a hug, his cat ears perked as I did so.

Ah yes, my cousin - his name is Kai Jikan.

My aunts name is Kia Jikan, ha I just noticed how familiar their names are.

"W-What are you guys doing here?" I asked with a flick of my tail.

"Wellll...since we live in Tokyo...Kai needs to get to school but we live far away. So I was wonderinggggg...if he can live here with you?!" She asked.

I stared at her for a moment, "Uh. S-Sure!"

"Great!" Kai grinned.

"Alright. Well, I figured you'd say that! So Kai brought his stuff...uh! I'm sorry if it seems rude." My aunt scratched the back of her head, "No! It's fine!" I smiled.

Kai had his stuff in a big bag next to him, "Well I have to go back to work! I'll see you guys later! Bye son!" She left with a wave.

"Need help?" I asked my cousin, he smiled, "Yeah!"

I helped him carry his bag into the room in the opposite hall from mine, I sat on his bed and sighed, "So Kai? What school are you going to?"

"U.A!" Kai grinned.

"Your going to the same school as me!" I cheered, "But wait I didn't see you at the exams?"

"That's cause I got recommended." He smirked.

"Ah~! Really? By who?" I asked. "My mom of course." He responded.

"Wait...only pro hero's get to recommend students..." I say, "That meansss....."

"YOUR MOMS A PRO HERO?! HOW COME I NEVER NEW?!" I yelled. "Yeah, she's a pro hero, it's just that since crime rates have dropped over the years - she's had more free time to hang out with us." Kai explained.

"Wait. What's her Hero name?" I asked.

"Time seeker. Heroine of the future!" Kai grinned.

Makes sense. Aunt Kia's quirk is to tell the future, she can also summon weapons or things from the future to help in a fight.

Kai's quirk is the same thing.

"Are you exited!?" I asked.

"Yep! I can't wait for tomorrow!" He flopped on his bed next to me.

He moved his blond hair out of his eyes and he looked at me with the same colored eyes my aunt has. I also noticed he had silver streaks in his hair.

"Don't go falling for me already~" He smirked.

"Doesn't that count as incest?!" I sweat dropped.
