Hikari silently rose from the comfortable bed, her vision fuzzy, she looked around the room.
She coughed, sending pain through her.
She groaned softly and laid back onto the pillow.
She sniffed the air and caught a familiar yet unfamiliar sent.
Sniffing once more her eyes shot open.
"Akuma?!" She gasped, her eyes were fixated on the girl sitting on the chair across from her.
"H-Hikari?" Akuma woke from her slumber, she yawned as her ears perked up, she stood up slowly and stared at her sister.
"...y-you died....h-how?!" Hikari began to sob, Akuma lightly pushed her back onto he bed.
"Shh. Shh..." Her sister shushed slightly, "Get some more rest. I'll explain when you wake up."
"N-No! I saw you die!" Hikari protested sobbing, Akuma bit her lip, not knowing how to solve this.
Akuma bowed, "I'm sorry Hikari. I have to put you to sleep...your getting to worked up."
"W-Wha-"
Vex suddenly appeared as a small dragon in front of Hikari, his golden eyes turning purple.
Hikari's vision dimmed and she found herself and in slumbers grasp.
She soon fell asleep and Akuma let out a sigh.
"Thanks Vex."
"Your welcome..." He replied quietly, he yawned and grew to the size of a small dog, he flapped his wings and turned to Akuma.
"Do you want to sleep?" She asked softly, "Yes...but I think I'll sleep next to Hika~Chan..." He replied already snuggling close to her sleeping figure.
