Alec Pov:

I'm actually surprised that Luna wants to learn to fight. She's a small girl who is suppose to be reading books, not fighting. Then again I did offer to teach her. Luna looks so cute lying in her bed. She seems at peace. Too bad she must get up. I grab a pillow that is on the floor and start hitting her with it.

" RISE AND SHINE SLEEPING BEAUTY! THE EARTH SAYS HELLO!"

" What the-? Do you know what day it is? What time it is?" she says sleepily.

" Yes it's Saturday. In fact it's six-thirty on a Saturday morning."

" Too early!"

" Well, this is what you're going to be doing until I say other wise. You want to learn to fight, so let's go."

Luna lies in her bed not moving what so ever. I stare at her hoping that she would get up, but she doesn't. I still have the pillow in my hands and Luna notices.

" Please don't hit me again. How did you get in?"

" I knocked on the door like a normal person."

" And who answered?" she questions.

" Your father."

" HE LET YOU UP HERE?!"

" YES SUNSHINE! NOW UP LET'S GO!"

Luna hurries up and finds clothes for her to wear. She grabs some jeans and a cute top and I can't help but shake my head.

" No. No. No. NO. We are going to workout, not to a fashion show."

" I didn't know Alec. Next time say something."

" I told your father that we had a project to do and that we were meeting up with some people from class." I tell her.

" Way to go! Now he's going to know something is up if I'm not in my regular clothing."

" What do you want me to do?"

" Nothing. Just go wait downstairs." she says.

I get up and exit the room closing the door behind me as I do so. I head downstairs to see Luna's father sitting on the couch. I don't know what I am to do, so I just start looking at the pictures on the wall.

" Are you and my daughter dating?" he asks me.

" No sir. I barely know her."

" Yet you are doing a project together."

" Yes sir. The teacher paired us together."

" What's this project about?"

" It's about how bullying can lead to many different things for the victims." I respond carefully.

" May I ask you something?"

" Sure."

" I know you said barely know her, but you've seen her around school right?"

" Yes sir."

" Has she been acting differently at school? She's been acting weird all week. She isn't eating and whenever her mother or I go to touch her or give her a hug she freaks out and leaves the room." he explains to me.

" Um, no she isn't acting different to me."

" Could you keep an eye on her for me. Try and get her to eat please."

" Yes sir. I can do that for you."

" Thank you."

Her father and I shake hands and he goes into another room. I can't believe she's not eating. Logan really did scare her. Badly at that. I am so caught up in my thoughts that I don't see Luna come down the stairs.

" Are you ready to go?"

" Yeah. Let's go."

" DAD! ALEC AND I ARE LEAVING! I'LL BE HOME LATER." she says.

" Okay darling."

" I'll have her home by five, sir."

Luna and I leave the house and get into my car. I have my mind set on taking her to eat first before we do any kind of working out.

" Where are we going?" Luna asks.

" Have you been eating?"

" What?"

" Your father told me that you haven't been eating." I say to her.

" I haven't."

I sigh in both disappointment and disbelief. I can not take this anymore. I pull over and slam on the breaks before cutting the ignition off.

" WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?"

" NO! Luna I need you to promise me something right now. I need you to promise you that you are going to eat. You need to eat. You need to be healthy. I know what I said about you forgetting about what happened isn't going to happen because you are being affected by it on so many levels. I'm sorry I said that. I'm sorry I told you that nothing can be done about what happened, but please eat." I say to her.

" Why do you even care? Huh?"

" Why do you think I learned to fight. I wasn't always popular Luna. Me fighting got me there. I didn't do it for the popularity, it just happened."

" I'll eat. I promise." she says.

I nod my head and turn the car back on.

" Let's go eat breakfast."

" Alright Luna, let's get to work."

" I'm mad!"

" Good. Now take that anger and throw it into your workout. We are going to start with situps."

Luna gets down and starts doing situps. We are at ten when she starts talking.

" Why didn't you let me pay for my part of the bill. I have money Alec."

" A lady never pays when they are with a guy in my book." I tell her.

" I can take care of myself. That's the second time you've paid for me."

" Well, maybe I'm being nice."

This angers her even more.

" I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF!"

" THAT'S IT! FASTER! COME ON LUNA YOU CAN DO THIS!"

" YOU ARE A JERK! I HATE YOU! WAKING ME UP ON MY SATURDAY MORNING, TAKING ME TO BREAKFAST, MAKING ME WORKOUT! I COULD BE AT HOME RIGHT NOW JUST WAKING UP DOING MY OWN THING THAT I ALWAYS DO ON SATURDAYS!"

" SHUT UP AND DO YOUR SITUPS!"

" AHHHH!"

Ten minutes later I let Luna take a break. She's pretty tough.

" Thanks for breakfast." she tells me.

" Anytime."
