a dull man who is half Pakistani from his fathers side. his dads side from Pakistan but his father moved and married his mother, who are now parents to two children. Jav is the oldest and the one who held the most responsibility in his family. you'll find him at their family pub; not cleaning, not serving or behind the counter. you'll find him with his cousins smoking joints at the back of the pub, their laughs heard as they both acted like complete idiots. he, of course, isn't like that all the time. he's mostly out, either watching a silent movie or working in the pub and his other job which is a tattooist. whenever he goes home he'll visit his grandma first, he'll call her 'nan' and freely talk to her and ask for her advice. he'll sit with her, watching boring soaps with her as long as he always got advice and her love. he's a very dull man but once you talk to him more often, he may come out and talk to you like he talks to his family; like an idiot.
don't refrain from starting a scene with him, he's always happy to make friends.
