Doctor Woof Saves Wally West: A Dr. Who/Young Justice Crossover

Hello Megan!

On Earth 16 in Gotham, there were two girls outside a coffeeshop. One was a blonde with somewhat dark skin and dark blue eyes, wearing a sweater, blue jeans, and black boots. This was Artemis Crock, AKA Tigress. Her friend had Caucasian skin, red hair, brown eyes, freckles, wore a yellow shirt, sky blue jeans, and sandals. This was M'gann M'orzz, AKA Megan Morse, AKA Miss Martian. Her red hair was no longer a short bob, and grew much longer, the length she had when she was younger. The two Young Justice heroines were hanging out at the coffeeshop, and catching up. It had been a year since Wally West sacrificed himself to save the world from The Reach.

"So, I see you grew your hair out," said Artemis, "I like it." M'gann smiled as she said, "thanks Artemis. How've you been?" Artemis shrugged and said, "I've been better. But enough about me. I hear you and Conner are back together!" M'gann smiled and nodded, "yep! I just love him so much!" She could tell Artemis was happy for her, and yet, she didn't need to be a mind reader to know Artemis was down in the dumps. M'gann couldn't blame her. But from what she heard and saw on missions, as Tigress, Artemis was brash, aggressive, violent, and didn't hold back. Almost as angry as Conner when he was younger. But then again, when one grieves for the loss of a loved one, they can act out in unusual ways. For a few minutes, the girls were silent. Then M'gann asked, "how are you holding up...?" Artemis dropped her smile and sighed. "To be honest," said Artemis, "I still miss Wally... And I've had trouble sleeping, and when I do, they're nightmares..." M'gann held her hand and said, "I know... We all miss him... Hey, maybe I could get you some tea to help you sleep better." M'gann would do anything to make her friend happy. Artemis slightly smiled as she said, "that would be nice..." Suddenly, a blue police phone booth appears out of nowhere, right in front of them.

The girl's eyes widened in surprise. "You see the blue police phone booth, right?" Artemis asked telepathically. M'gann nodded in disbelief. It looked strangely familiar. But they both knew Barbara would be the better expert on this. "There must be some sort of life form in there, but who, or, in this case, what?" M'gann thought. The phone booth opened, and out came a 4 year old German Shepherd in a trenchcoat and red bowtie.

"A dog?" Artemis and M'gann asked in unison, as the dog walked up to them, wagging his tail. "Maybe you could read his mind, see if he's an alien, or something?" Artemis suggested. M'gann nodded, and read the dog's mind. She grew more surprised at who this fellow is. The dog smiled, wagging his tail. After a few minutes of reading his mind, M'gann asked, "who's Rose Tyler?" Artemis asked, "Rose Tyler?" M'gann then tapped her forehead, smiled and said, "Hello Megan! This dog's name is Dr. Woof. He's from a planet known as Galifrey. His master is simply known as The Doctor. Rose Tyler is The Doctor's love. And he can talk." Artemis looked at Dr. Woof and asked, "you can talk?" Dr. Woof nodded and said, "yes, I can, and I must say, I'm honored to meet you both, Artemis Crock and M'gann M'orzz." Since the two girls were used to strange things, the talking dog didn't freak them out. But it did cause M'gann to ask, "how do you know who we are, Dr. Woof?" The Canine Doctor said, "well, I've observed your earth for quite some time. It's quite fascinating." M'gann then asked, "is there anyway we can help you?" He looked at them and said, "now that you mention that, I do have some information that may catch your interest."
