Toby Cavanaugh: Get up :)

I'm confused as to why Toby messaged me to get up? I'm already up, and why should it matter to him? I set my toast down and go to reply when I hear a knock on the door. I roll my eyes and carry on typing as I walk to the door.
Me: Why do you want me to get up?

Then I put my phone in my pocket and open the door to the biggest surprise ever!

"This is why I want you to get up!" He laughs.
"Toby!" I jump into his arms and give him the biggest hug. He hugs me back. His arms feel so safe to be in.

"What you wanna do today?" He asks with a smile.
I do a small laugh. "Hm, how good is your skating skills, mr Cavanaugh."
"I'm the best skater there is, miss Hastings!"
"We'll see about that!" I walk past him, out the door, laughing.
"....challenge accepted." He calls, closing the door, catching up to me.
