Jesus Accademy

Chapter Two.

         " Karena, Karena,  were have you been ? I've searched the whole town for you. Hurry let's go the visa is out we can now travel. Let's get to your house and pack your bags. Mine is packed already. Hurry , hurry. Why are you not moving ?  Come on let's go. soon the police will be storming this place"
   " I don't known about this James-- why did you talk me into this? I will better stay and face the consequences ."   "Karena "  he yells and slaps her.
     " snap out of this dilemma. What consequences?  You must be  crazy."  He pulls her hand arrogantly across the street . when they got to her place, she grabbed her hand back ,and off they went like the wind.
      They  opened the boot of the Toyota car dropped their bags in and entered the car. James took the wheel  and they escaped with speed.
        " shit! ". James exclaimed.
  " James why aren't we moving? , what's going on? "
   " get out of the car "                   " what? "    " you heard me ,get out"   " you can't be serious . this is midnight were am I suppose to ........."   He  brought his face forward, kissed her, opened the door and pushed her out. Immediately he drove away.
      " James, James , don't leave me here." Karena yelled at him while he drove away and got lost in the darkness. Tears of freight ran down her  cheeks .
              " what do I do?  what do I do? "  she pondered and tried to fine her way. She placed each foot with  technique as though the ground was going to open and swallow her up. She took detail of every little sound-- the owls, the wolfs , the dogs, the crickets and every little sound. For wat seemed like an hour she walked and at a certain point she got to a gas station . she gave a sound of relief.  She searched for a spot suitable to lay her head.
        
       Before she could notice it was morning. An old man came up to sleeping Karena and pokes her with his walking stick.
      " hey who are you? Shu ,shu. Get away. "  still in freight, she woke up ram away. She tried to stop some people on the road for information on were she was but to no avail. Suddenly,  she heard the sirens of the police car . before she could realise,
              " freeze !  Hands in the air. Remain silent."  " look am no criminal am just lost" she said in doubt. " you must be Karena Walter. You match his description " 
" who is he?"  The officer paid no attention to her nagging " you are under arrest for scamming  the   manager of CTF bank."
   " I don't know what you are talking about . I am innocent . Let me go,  Let me go. "
         
    While they drove to the station, Karena wouldn't stop crying that  she caught the attention of one of the police men.  The other police man wasn't going so well with the crying thing. "Shut up lady or I'll shut you up my self." 
                 Karena was furious with James even though he had been caught by the police too. She was furious.

         Mean while at Jesus Academy, classes had began. There were over a billion students or more. Teachers were about half  a billion.
         Full time staffs were assigned to classes according to calling and leading of the HOLY GHOST.  Each full time staff, were assisted by at least twenty part timers. 
         
           " Nathan, Nathan .  Peace be with you   brother."
"Like wise  John."
"  I was wondering if you could  join some of us teachers   to have an in depth study of the Bible. You could gain some things from us and we from you."  
   " sure that will be awesome . what day is it ?"
  " Wednesday after classes " 
" great I'll be there. Thanks"
" just curious Nathan. what class are you teaching?
  "  teaching office --  class 909."

" wow I teach , Evangelism office --  109."
    " Great that means we are close."
I have to run Nathan I'll see you later. Maggie is waiting for me."
        "Give her and the children my regards. Shalom."
  " shalom my brother ".

   Nathan had been assigned to three hundred people . But as of now he had just two hundred students including twenty part timers. The rest  eighty people were to be found. 
        
          " Jamie ,Jamie  come here this moment. Where is my money?"
" I don't know. mom, are you drunk again?  I knew it . you are."    " what? Are you saying I stole my money? "  "mom, stop!  I didn't  see or steal any money."

         Celeste drags the poor girl by the ear.  " come here , you ungrateful thieve"   " mom your  hurting me" 

        She pauses and gives her a slap to the floor . Jamie stares at her mother in the eye with hate and anger. Then runs away. 
      
      " where do you think you are running to?  I am not through with you yet.  Come back here you ingrate .I need my money girl ....   That's right just run away like your stupid  Father. What do I need you for any way?"
           
           Jamie runs with out looking back. While running , she was about to take a blind bending conner  when  she bumped into Nathan. She hit him face on and fell backwards to the ground. Nathan stared at the girl for a moment taking details of the bruises on her fair skin. But before he could say a word, she took off like lightening. He tried to follow but she was much too fast, That he lost her in the thick fog. 
       Nathan was greatly disturbed by the despair and anger on Jamie's face face that he could not wait to go home to tell and discuss it with his wife.

        When he got home,  he was warmly welcomed by his kids.
   " where is mom?"  He asked anxiously "  in the bed room "
  Ariel answered softly.

       When Nathan got into the room,   he stared at his wife deeply with tears.  Susan noticed the sour taste in his mood she walked up to him and gave him a warm hug that seemed to suck some pain out of him.
      
         " what's wrong sweetheart "  Susan asked with tremendous concern.
      " there was some thing about her. Her eyes had so much pain and anger and frustration. I don't know but I feel her agony. I can't stop crying."
       "Who is she?"  Susan asked in curiosity.

He stood up and walked up and down the  room in  great concern
"  no idea she took off be I had the chance to say a word."  Susan stares at him. 
      " I'm not making much sense. Am I?"
    " No,no. you are making perfect sense. I just love God more for giving me the best husband in the world. Tell you what , why don't you talk to  the HOLY GHOST about it?"
     " good idea.  thanks hon."
Nathan said with a fitting grin. Susan  said softly " go on, go on."   
  
          I do envy this family. But it's a good envy. Besides what do I expect when God is involved.
