I run into the bathroom crying and lock myself into the bathroom stall. As I sob into my cold hands I hear a pound on the door. "Savannah," it's Dylan. "Savannah, please open the door." I pick myself from the floor and walk towards the sinks. As I look into the mirror I see my makeup is completely ruined. I turn away from the mirror and walk to the door. As I pull the bathroom door open and see Dylan leaning up against the door frame. He leans forward and grabs my face. He slowly whips my tears away . It's really comforting. "Savannah, I should've told you about them," I want to hug him and tell him it's not his fault but I'm so shy and awkward it wouldn't work out anyways. "It's not your fault" I say and he grabs my waist and pulls me in for a hug. His chin lays on my head and my head is tucked into his chest. I wish I could stay like this forever. With him holding and comforting me. "Don't let them say stuff about you. I learned the hard way. But things got better for me. Like I told you. But I hope you understand that they're just bad news." I look up at him and he gives me that look that says 'you know I'm right'. "You're right." I hug him tighter as we walk into the lunch room. "There's an empty table over here that we can sit at" he leads the way to the empty lunch table. I sit down in the middle of the bench and he sits right next to me. I see a few people glare at me. Ugh I forgot take my smeared makeup off. I turn towards Dylan and he stares at my eyes. "Does it look bad?" I ask. He laughs and grabs his backpack. "Here, I've got some lotion maybe you can whip it off with it" he hands me the lotion and I'm glad it isn't a manly smell. I rub the lotion underneath my eyes and the makeup seems to be gone. "You look even more gorgeous without makeup" I'm blushing. The lunch bell rings and recess seems to go by faster than I thought. My other classes are pretty boring other than the ones with Dylan of course.
After school ends I don't find Dylan but I can't always be talking to him, right? I walk towards my moms car and she's smiling ear to ear. I open the car door and pull myself into the front seat. "How was school?" My mom asks. I grin and pull my backpack off my back and on the floor. "It was amazing"
