I woke up the next morning with my phone in my hand. I get up out of my bed and slowly walk down the stairs. I hear my mom in the kitchen making her usual morning coffee. When I get downstairs she's dressed in her business suit and her normal big smile. "Good morning honey" I yawn and make some average cereal. "You better get ready because I have to leave soon and you don't have your licence until a month." I don't turn 16 until September 18 which means I still have a month until I take the test.

After im done getting ready I get in the car with my mom as she rambles on and on about meeting the neighbors today. When I finally get to school I see Dylan hanging out with the same group of friends that were in the hallway a couple days ago. I look over at him and he finally sees me and leaves his friends to talk to me. So cute. "Well hey there gorgeous." He said staring into my eyes. I giggle as I look down at what I'm wearing. Im just wearing my ripped up skinny jeans with a floral crop top. But when he looks at me it's like I'm the most beautiful girl in the world. "Its finally Friday" I say after the silence. "I know right. You're probably not looking forward to meeting my parents but I promise-" I cut him off. "I can't wait until Sunday, Dylan." He smiles and kisses my cheek. "Well since you're dating me I figured you might as well meet my friends." He grabs my hand and we walk over to his friends. Im nervous but I push that feeling away. As I'm looking at all of the people I see that all of these guys are really good looking and well dressed. I figured they were going to be since Dylan was the same way.

"Okay. Guys, this is Savannah, my girlfriend" he smiles and leans closer to me. "Savannah, this is Shawn, Cameron, Matthew, Taylor, Jack, and Jack again." He laughs while the other boys join in. I laugh along with them.

"Well it's nice to meet you guys" I smile. Shawn says"Well its a shame I didn't know you before this guy." He laughs and does one of those guy handshake things with Cameron. I smile and look at Dylan. He looks a little angry but it's his friend so he was just joking around. "Well we've got to go to math. Bye guys." And we walk off to math.

"They seem like fun guys" I smile as I look up at Dylan. "Ya but sometimes they mistake fun as immaturity. Or irresponsibility." He looks at me"but ya they are fun to hang out with." I keep thinking about the party tomorrow. I don't even know what to wear. My usual outfits are cute and bubbly and those guys are more rock and fun. I'll have to go shopping. "Did I ever tell you how perfect you look when the sun hits your face?" I ask to break the silence. He laughs and looks at the ground as he puts his hand on his neck. I think it's so cute when guys do that. "What?" I ask as I giggle. He laughs and looks at me again. "Your just so cute." He pokes my nose and laughs.

We finally reach the end of the day and I couldn't be more happy for this weekend. I meet the neighbors which isn't the most exciting thing in the world but I'd like to know who these people are. Then I go out to the party where I could possibly meet my future friends. And then Sunday I meet Dylan's parents. It all works out perfectly.

As my mom is driving me home I ask her to drop me off at the mall. "Why?" My mom asks. "Well, im going to a party tomorrow and I need new clothes for that and meeting Dylan's parents." After a lot of convincing she finally drops me off and I stop at Forever21 and I find nothing there perfect enough for the party. I stop at Hot topic and I sit in the dressing room debating against a edgy looking outfit and decide to look into going to Q and finally find the perfect outfit. A crop top with the Chicago bulls on it and super ripped skinny jeans with a pair of black combat boots. As I'm checking out I notice the girl looking at my outfit and the one I'm buying. Im wearing a floral crop top with skinny jeans, girly. "A change in style?" She asks. I laugh and say," Well I've got a party coming up and I need new look." She laughs and says,"Oh I see. You wanna know my secret? Don't wear a bando or a tank top underneath and just wear a lacey bra. You know how many guys I've gotten because of it?" She pulls her long hair out of her face. "Umm," she cuts me off"A ton. I suggest looking into Victoria's Secret." I wonder what Dylan will think about it. No I can't. "Okay your total is $81.67." I hand her my debit card. Once it's paid for I grab my bags and leave. How much of a slut would I be if I did that? A big one. I remind myself. As I walk past VS I can't help but walk inside and grab the a sexy looking bra they have. I check out and rush outside before I can force myself back to return it.
