B1: Reflection Chapter 2: Missing pt.2

Jeongyeon woke up the next day and got ready before heading downstairs and not seeing Nayeon.

"Where's Nayeon?" The brunette asked. Seungyeon walked over and hugged Jeongyeon.

"I'm so sorry."

"What do you mean?"

"Nayeon never came home last night and so she's reported missing." My mother said.

"What?!" I exclaimed, just then Nayeon mother walked through the front door crying.

"Mrs.Im?"

"They took both of them! Both of them!" The woman exclaimed.

We all looked at the TV and it said that some benders were reported missing.

"Do you know who?"

"The government! They came into our house yesterday and took my husband out and Nayeon never returned home. I got a call from my husband last night saying that Nayeon is with him, but I don't know where!" The raven cried. My mother and Soojin hugged Mrs. Im.

"You can stay with us for a while Mrs.Im if you want."

"It's fine, I just want to find my husband and daughter."

"Atleast it's not the bender killers that got them." Seungyeon said.

"Yeah, the government claimed that they put them in hiding so no one can find them." I was enraged so I got on my bicycle and head straight for city hall without a word.

"She's about to do something rash, Seungyeon go follow your sister to make sure she doesn't hurt herself in the process." Jeongyeon's father said.

"What about university?"

"I'll go." Mrs. Im said as she left the house.

I arrived at city hall and hopped off my bike before storming in.

"Where is she!" I shouted at the group of men that was sitting around a table. They all looked at me.

"Where is she!"

"Um...Who are you?"

"Where's Nayeon!" They all looked at eachother, I walked straight to the table they were sitting at and pulled a chair by them.

"Nayeon is safe and sound in one of our hideouts."

"No she's not, she's probably scared to death! You can't just take benders away like that! She has a family and school." I yelled in frustration.

"What is she to you?"

"She's my bestfriend, we knew eachother from when we were in diapers."

"We can't release Nayeon until we know it safe for her family but we can let you visit her. Also bring the lady in that was hiding." Two men picked up Mrs. I'm and brought her to me.

"Mrs.Im? Did you follow me here?"

"Yes."

We all walked into a regular bus except it was full of government workers and security guards. Soon after we arrive near a prison but all of a sudden the bus went under ground and we stopped. They told us to get out the bus and we did.

Me and Mrs Im walked by all of these room with different last names until we saw Im's.

"You have five minutes with them." I looked at the guy in disbelief.

"Seriously?! Five minutes!" I was about to yell at the guy but Mrs. Im dragged me in the room.

"Mommy!" Nayeon exclaimed she didn't see me yet as she hugged her mom tightly, her dad then joined them in a group hug. Nayeon looked at me and then let go of her mom and hugged me tightly. I lifted her up a bit and twirl around before putting her down.
