The gym was packed with students. The yelling and laughter coming from them annoyed me. I hated large crowds. Brianna, Rose and I, sat in the first row to avoid everyone else. I guess they didn't like big crowds either.

"Attention students. I hope everyone is having a good day". The principal started saying into a microphone. I already knew what this was about, it was just about the carnival tomorrow. I just zoned out the whole talk he was giving us. Brianna gripped my hand tighter and I let her do it. I was happy I was in a relationship with her. She was kind and didn't run when I told her about me. The only other person who did not run away was christain, but he's gone.

"This is boring". Rose sighed in my ear. I smirked at her and she set her head down on my shoulder. I looked over to shrug her off, but she was trying to sleep. I wasn't going to just push her off, I'm not that much of a dick. So instead I decided to close my eyes as well.

"We will play a song that our very own students created for tomorrows carnival". The principal announced. A loud, soft tune rang across the gym. As I fell deeper into sleep I rested my head on Rose's. The music became quieter as did the cheer from the students. Everything was calm for once in my life, but that instantly changed.

The music started to glitch out. A white noise came from the speakers instead of the little song. I didn't want to open my eyes to ruin the good moment, so I kept them closed. I was trying to have a good day, but no. I have to deal with fucking demons and ghosts. Tipical.

The speakers no longer played white noise. Instead, a familiar tune rang across the gym. This tune was way to familiar to me, and it pissed me off. With my eyes still closed, I cursed under my breath.

"God mother fucking damnit! Can I just have one day with no supernatural shit!". Regretting my decision, I opened my eyes. The students and teachers were still there. Brianna was still holding my hand, and Rose was still on my shoulder. 'I was still here, so how could this tune be playing?' I thought. The students were still cheering and clapping, along with the teachers.

I turned my attention over to Brianna. She was smiling towards the cheering teachers. They really did look happy for once in their lives.

"You son of a bitch". Brianna chuckled. I looked towards her but she wasn't looking at me. She was talking to a girl beside her. "They both fell asleep. I wish I could fall asleep that fast".

"I'm not sleeping anymore". I reassured her. She didn't look at me. "Brianna"? I questioned. I let go of her hand, and she still didn't notice. I waved my hand in front of her face. "Earth to Brianna"? I chuckled. Even with my hand in her face, she didn't flinch. Aggravated, I stood up to get her attention. As soon as I did, I gasped. My body was resting on Rose's head. I was still fast asleep. "What the fuck"? I whispered to myself.

"Can anyone hear me"! A voice screamed from a distance. I turned my attention towards the voice. It was Rose. She screamed and ran towards the students. No one gave her a second look, it was like she didn't exist to them. I looked at my body again, and Rose was still there. Whatever was going on, she was here with me.

"Rose"! I yelled for her. She snapped her attention towards me. She started to run towards me.

"Ian what's going on"! She yelled. I took her hand to make her calm down. I didn't even effect her.

"I don't kn-". I was cut off by the speaker. Anything was better then that horrible tune, or that's what I thought.

"Let's play a game". A voiced roared from the speakers. "Let's play the clasic game, of hide and seek. But the rules, are somewhat different". I tried to slow my heart rate, but it kept beating faster. "Rule number one. No leaving the school, if you do, you will regret it. Rule number two, you may not move from your set location, or bad things will happen. And final rule". I knew this voice, it was valtor! "If you are found, god have mercy on your soul. Let the game begin"!
