Riska's POV

"What is it that you want to talk about?" Damen asked, talking before anyone else.

"Can you give me the whole story of how I died or everything that happened in the few days that I was MIA?" I requested.

"You want the story? Well ok but one question first. What is the last thing that you remember?" He asked.

It took a moment for me to actually concentrate on my memories. I felt myself getting a little bit tired, then I was sucked into the distant memory. I was watching myself and I saw that I was in some kind of glass chamber, surrounding by a handful of men with guns lazily pointed at me then Damen suddenly came into the room and startled one man and started a domino effect and the last man the person bumped into accidently pulled the trigger and send a bullet towards the memory me. The memory fast forwarded to memory me putting her hands on her bloodied chest.

I saw memory Damen running towards memory me but then memory me fell on the pile of bloody pieces of shattered glass with eyes glazed over. I then heard an echo of my name. It kept on repeating until the sound got fainter and fainter and I couldn't hear it anymore. Then I snapped back to the present.

"Riska?" I heard Damen said.

"Huh? What?"

"I asked you what do remember last seeing?"

"Oh sorry. I got sucked into my memory, and the last thing I saw was you running towards me, and I was on a pile of bloodied pieces of glass." I told him.

"I thought that was what you were going to say. But anyway I-"

"Damen here went bloodthirsty man when he saw that you were gone." Eric piped in. "He had a shooting frenzy then emptied all of his ammo on the men's bodies, then raged and started punching the wall like there's no tomorrow and the wall crumbled before him while me, Matt and Sam watched him, too afraid to go near him until he was worn."

"Fine. Tell her about me going animalistic." Damen said then rolled his eyes. "That's what I was about to tell you but minus my animalistic mode."

Damen finish telling the events of the next days and I sat down absorbing everything down to today. Each second I stayed and listened to the story, questions start forming in my head.

"So I was dead? So I was really dead?" I asked.

"Yes. We even took you to the hospital to make sure and the medical staff said you were gone. They managed to clean you up and they let us take your body." Matt said.

"Oh. This question is irrelevant but why are you two always together?" I asked them, very curious.

"I was wondering when you were going to ask that. Matt and I are twin brothers." Eric answered.

I looked at them and sure enough they do look alike yet I never noticed. "Oh." I smacked myself.

"Heh, now you know." Matt said. "We also are tandem. As you may noticed, or not noticed, we take turns in speaking."

And sure enough it was true. I pushed the newly learnt information to the back of my mind and focused on the fact that I was dead for a while but now I am alive.

I looked at the time and saw it was 5:53 pm, then my stomach growled. I put my hands over my stomach in embarrassment.

"Aww. Riska is hungry." Eric cooed.

"Shutup. I'm going to change out of my previously considered dead outfit, and probably never put it on again. You taking me out to eat." I demanded then ran up the stairs before they can catch me.

"That's not fair Riska. Your ability is speed." Matt said, behind the door.

Acting like a child I stuck my tongue at the door.

"Woman, if you don't hurry up, I will make this door do the same thing that the wall did back at the kidnappers former base." Damen said in a deep tone and that made me hustle.

Ten minutes later, I sneakily opened the door and stuck my head out. I looked left then right and then back to the left. I didn't see nor heard anything. I used my increased hearing and zeroed in so I could only hear things that are in my house yet I heard nothing but natural sounds.

"The heck?" I thought to myself. "Did they just leave me?"

I took two steps from the safety of my door frame and all sounds stopped. "It is quiet. Too quiet."I  silently quoted.

Few more steps forward and I made it to the top of the staircase. I felt the hairs stand on the back of neck, and I quickly turned around, then suddenly three guys in black mask landed in front of me.

"AHHHHHHHHH" I screamed, heart pounding like a jackhammer.

"Gotcha." The leader said, then he took off the mask and revealed Damen.

"You little son of a b-"

"Ok. Lets get you some food." Damen cut me off and I gave him the deadliest glare I can muster.

"You will feel the wrath of me when I'm done eating." I told him, then angrily brushed past him and began making my way down the stairs.

"You not getting any tonight." Eric joked.

"He was never getting any but now its a definite no no." I said without turning around.

"Awe man, Eric. You blew my chance." Damen pouted behind me.

I rolled my eyes as the immature trio continued thier pointless argument. "Damen toss me your keys." Then it went silent.

"You can't drive." Damen said.

"Who said I can't." Then realized that I wasn't gonna get anywhere so I used my super speed and took the key from his pocket and ran out to the car.

I sat in the driver's seat and revived the engine. I shuddered pleasantly and the feel of the luxury car beneath me. I rolled down the passenger window and yelled out to the guys.

"Come on guys! Don't make me leave you, and Damen I have your wallet."

"You are not serious, Riska." Damen said, while searching himself for his wallet. "You're scary Riska."

The guys came into the car and settled in. "Where to driver?" Matt said, amusingly.

"To where ever my heart please." I shifted the car into gear and flew from the driveway.

"Lord, Riska. Damen's driving skills are rubbing off on you." Eric exclaimed, while gripping the door handle.

I rolled my eyes and continued driving towards my destination. White Castle.
