Darcy's pov
"Wake up Darc. You are going to be late for work."the voice seemed far away, as I drowned in a dreamland of peaceful slumber. The blind's on my window were open and the sun was shining in my face,but I didn't want to wake up. Groaning I turned on my side and try to get back to sleep. "Darcy!" a voice hisses and suddenly I'm pulled up by a pair of hands on my shoulder. I shoot the person a sleepy glare before getting back to sleep. My eyes still close so I can't see the person but I know it's one of my best friend.
"Darcy, get your lazy ass off the bed or you'll be late on your first day of work and I'm sure you don't want that."I groaned.
"5 minutes more, for Christ sake." I said and snuggled to my pillow.
"DARCY!FOR GOD SAKE! GET UP. ITS YOUR FIRST DAY AT WORK AND IF YOU GET KICK OUT ON YOUR FIRST DAY DON'T FUCKING COMPLAIN!" Ellie shouted at me.
It takes some time for my brain to process what she said before I rub my eyes and look around. Shit it's my first day and I don't want to be freaking late.
I looked at Ellie. She smiles down at me and wishes me a good morning. I smiled back before getting up from my comfortable bed.
I sighed before going to the bathroom. My chocolate brown hair was a mess. I turned on the shower, stripped off my clothes after checking the temperature I got in. I washed my hair and my body. After I was done I turned off the shower,wrapped a towel around me and exited the bathroom.
I walked towards my closet and searched for an outfit. I did my make up and tied my hair in a ponytail. I grabbed my purse and got downstairs for breakfast.
"Good morning Lisa." I greeted my other best friend
"Morning"she replied with a smile.
We started eating. The pancakes was good. Ellie was always a good cooker.
"so nervous for your first day Darc?"Ellie asked breaking the silence.
"yeah a bit" I chuckled nervously.
"Don't worry you'll be good"Lisa reassured me
"Thanks it's great to have friends like you"i smiled at them
"Anyway see you two later I don't wanna be late"i said hugging them.
I grabbed my bag and phone and took off to my new work.
I forgot to introduce myself.
Hello I'm Darcy Brooks. I'm 18. I'm an ordinary girl, full of energy, always cheerfull. Everyone like me. I lost my parents in a car crash since then I moved in my friends Lisa and Ellie.
