As I sit alone at a table in the big crowded room I couldn't take my eyes off of Brandon after I had that vision the feeling that I felt for him before is completely gone and replaced by dread. Suddenly he gets up and starts walking over to me.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" He asks as he pulls out a chair next to me and sits down.

"I'm fine now must've gotten light headed or something." I say keeping my voice calm and cool trying to hide the fact that I know what kind of person he really is.

"Well that's great, hey why don't you come sit with me and my sister?" He asks and stands up.

"Hmmm I don't know it's kinda crowded over there." I say trying to come up with an excuse to not be near him.

"Well if you want I can just stay over here with you." He says with a smile. I give him a weak smile in return and say.

"No thank you I'm actually about to go outside and walk around for a while."

"Oh why don't I come with you?" He says and I can feel myself getting annoyed, but I stay calm.

"No I prefer to walk alone, it's quieter and more relaxing." I say getting up.

"Oh ok well don't be afraid to come by my table when you get back." He says and gets up and starts walking to his table as I head for the door.

I break free into the cold comforting air outside the church and instantly feel relieved. I take a deep breath and start walking around the the church until I get to the garden.

"What the...." I started to say as I see the roses that not long ago were so beautiful and bright red, were now black and wilted. I walk up to the bush to try and get a closer look when I feel the presence of something evil. I look around the garden then I notice that it's not just the roses that dead but all of the plants, and out the corner of my eye I see a swift dark shadow run past the entrance to the garden leaving dead grass in its wake. I start to run after it but it ran into the forest near by and blended in with the shade of the pine trees.

"What the fuck was that." I ask myself and head back to the garden. When arrived everything was back to normal. I walk up to the roses and run my fingers lightly against its beautiful red petals.

"What is going on?" I whisper to myself. I hear a small creak behind and turn to see Brother Mark at the door.

"Come on inside Angel We're about to start eating." He says with a smile on his face. I put on my best smile and say.

"OK I'm coming." Then we walk into the church together.

As I enter the big room again I see Brandon with his sister at their table and as I start walking to my table he looks up and smiles at me and waves for me to come sit with them. I let out a huge sigh and trudge over to his table and sit down.

"Hey nice to see you're feeling better," Brittany says as she looks towards the door.

"Yea must've gotten light headed or something." I say giving her the same response as I gave her brother not to long ago. I look towards the door to see what she was looking at but I didn't see anything.

"What are you looking at?" I ask and keep looking for whatever it was.

"I'm waiting for the pizza to get here." She says simply and doesn't take her eyes off the door.

"Oh ok." I say and turn back around. I look up and I see Brandon looking at me so I take out my phone and get on Facebook pretending I didn't see him staring at me. My phone starts ringing and thankfully it's Emily. I answer thankful that I now have a reason to leave the table.

"Hello?" I say as I get outside.

"Hey I have a question." She says with a sense of urgency in her voice.

"What's up?"

"Have you seen Sinclair lately he hasn't text me at all today.

"No I haven't maybe he's just busy or something." I lie knowing she'll get jealous  if she found out that I had seen and spoke to her boyfriend before she did.

"Yea maybe but if you see him please tell him to text me I'm getting worried."

"Yea sure no problem." I say and lean against the wall.

"Thank you."

"Not a problem." I say and turn around in a circle out of boredom.

"Well I know you're busy so I'll let you go bye."

"Bye." I say and hang up the phone and walk back inside.
