"If this is where I belong, if this is where you think I belong... then you've really managed to disappoint me Sherlock. You really have" I smiled sadly at him as I turned around to look into his icy blue orbs. He sighed, opened the door, left without another word and all that was left was the noise he made as he slammed the door behind him.

"Peter, Peter, you will regret the day you've messed with me, if you're a devil, I'm sure as hell not the same demon you knew me back in the day." I muttered to myself as Greg entered the room again.

I decided to smirk at him, sit on my chair, put my feet up and enjoy my rest time before the game resumes. "Do you have any gum?" I asked Greg as he eyed the position I was in. "You really are similar to Moriarty... back when your brother was alive, he had a court case. Asked a police officer to place gum in his mouth while he was cuffed. How ill-mannered of him" He said, obviously hinting that I was no different than my deceased brother. I wondered why, this kept coming up today.

I stared back at him coldly, with a rather bored expression on my face "Are you done? If you are, I'd like to hire a lawyer as soon as your compelling stories are done" I said. My mood has completely shifted, I was no longer Viola, I could feel my other personality kick in. The heartless, cold-blooded murderer was kicking Viola out. It was Theresa's time.

"Sherlock will take your case, he said he wanted to represent you in the first court case which would be held a few weeks from now" Greg informed me. "Sherlock is fired, I want my own lawyer. Someone who doesn't tell me to enjoy my 'fieldtrip' to prison and enjoy it here because I actually belong among these people"

"Too bad, to your dismay, he's signed up for the job, he hired a lawyer just for the license but he would be doing all the talking and wont take no for an answer"

"I wont be staying here though, is that right?" I asked him, I knew what my rights here are. I acknowledged the laws pretty well.

"We're just waiting on the ballistics report to come back, if it doesn't match with your gun bullets you're free to go certainly" Greg said and I nodded. Why did he hate me so much?

Third Person POV

"Sir, there is no mistake... the bullet that killed that man came out of this weapon. If you'll excuse me" Jefferson went out, he submitted the ballistic report to Greg. "Sod this.. sod this" Greg muttered under his breath as he went to tell Sherlock the news.

"I heard" Sherlock said walking into his office. "Viola cannot roam freely, she was the closest person to that body earlier. She's our lead suspect" Greg told him. "And she's my girlfriend, when she says she did not kill a person I believe that she did not. Take a look at this" Sherlock said as he showed him the last text message Viola has received.

"You're saying she's actually being framed?" Greg asked in disbelief. "I'm not only saying that, I am sure she is being framed Lestrade" Sherlock told Greg, not taking no for an answer.

Greg sighed as he rubbed his temples "Look, I cannot set her free. We need hard evidence that this was not her. It's all up to you now Sherlock" Greg told the detective.

Sherlock stormed out of the office and tried to call the number from his phone. No answer.

"Sherlock, what's happening?" Mary asked him as she saw Sherlock step out of the office. "Viola is being framed, who would do that to her? I thought we were done playing hide and seek with every criminal my girlfriend has managed to associate with in the past"

Mary rolled her eyes "No time for your sarcasm, what's going on so far?" John demanded. Sherlock told them everything that has went on from the minute she left the restaurant up till the ballistics report coming back with positive results.
