2. You're still so innocent

I sat down in front of the counter and Luke did the same. He just looked so perfect. I love his nose, and his perfect hair, and his eyes and just all of him. I mean, I'm sure he must be great in.......  Let's not think about that now. That kind of thoughts are only in my head when I'm reading a fanfic in Wattpad, and now isn't the time because I have him in front of me.

Even seeing him turns me on...... Wait, what?

"So... Hannah, before I invite you a drink I have to tell you something I've been keeping to myself for quite some years."

Holy f.... What is about to happen? I'm sure I'm red like a little tomato.

"I love your eyes."

"Oh, thank you, Luke."

"You really have amazing eyes. And they are big and round and the honey colour is beautiful. Honey and emerald green and.... just beautiful."

I can actually feel my red hot cheeks. I'm smiling like crazy, I feel it.

"Oh, Luke. No one has ever told me something that beautiful, except for my mom."

"Well, some people, not all, are stupid and don't really appreciate beauty in someone else."

"Well, I actually do. I don't know how you do it, but the shade of your blue eyes change depending on how you feel, and I know that because I've always loved your eyes. I would always be staring at them if I had the chance."

After telling him that, I regretted my decision. I practically told him I always looked at him, because he's just beautiful. I can't look at him anymore, oh.. Mother Nature, kill me pleaaaaaseeee. My eyes are now fixed on my boots. My feelings always find a way to screw me up.

"Well, I think they might look better in the balcony."

He literally grabs my hand and drags me outside. We sat on a nice white loveseat with a little table in front. He is still holding my hand and now his thumb is rubbing it lovingly as he's staring at me.

"Your eyes actually look better out here. I just love them."

He smiles and gets closer to me. I really wish I could kiss him.

"And I love yours."

After he said that the waitress approaches us and asks us if we wanted something.

"I still owe you a drink, right Hannah?"

"Oh, don't worry about that, I don't really drink."

The waitress just stares at us as she is waiting for someone to say something.

"Okay guys. I can come back in a few minutes if you're not ready yet."

Luke looks at her and answers a yes.

"You really don't drink? I though you did."

"No, I don't. I don't party, don't get wasted, don't wake up in a stranger's bed, no nothing. Besides, I'm never invited, and when I am, I prefer to be ready for work the next day."

"Wow, I thought you went to a lot of parties! But apparently not. Oh Hannah, you're still so innocent."

"I wouldn't say innocent, but I guess that just a little."

After I said that, I see some of our ex-classmates enter the place making a big fuzz about something. Luke looks at them and he didn't seem excited of seeing them. Most of them were jerks at school, and it was visible that they still were.

"Instead of staying here, would you like to go somewhere else?"

He asked me, returning his gaze to me.

"I would love to. I don't really want to stay here with them, and I'm really enjoying being with you."

"Great! So.... do you like McDonald's? Because I'm hungry and there is one like 5 minutes from here."

"I actually haven't gone to McDonald's in a while! Sure, we should get going."

We start walking towards the exit, trying not to be seen by everyone else, and we were lucky to escape the place without anyone noticing.

"Luke, do you have a car? Because I came in mine and maybe I could drive us. I mean, if you want to."

"Oh, great! Yes. I actually arrived in Cal's car."

We asked for the elevator and it arrived in no time. The metal doors opened and Luke let me in first, and then he enters. He presses the button and doors close. He took my hand in his once again and then we headed to my red car as soon as we were in the parking lot.

Luke noticed that my car was the red Fiat as I unlocked it with the keys. He opens the door for me and I thank him. He then goes and sits next to me.

"Hannah you have a nice car."

"Thanks, Luke. I got it some time ago, but I take care of it."

"I can see that. It looks practically new. "

"Thanks again."

"So... I know the way and I could tell you how to get there without having to get stuck in the traffic."

"Sure."

I started the engine and turned on the AC because the car was a little hot. Luke put on his sunglasses just like me before we started making our way to McDonald's.

I try to start a conversation, but I don't know how to start. I really am curious about his girlfriend, but I can't ask straight away. I guess I'll wait some time for that.
