Little Sister

Flight?

I heard my phone ringing next to me. I groaned grabbing the device and swiping it to the right to answer the call.

"Hello?" I answered, closing my eyes.

"Sweetie~" my mom called out.

I opened my eyes and sat up in my bed. "So..?" I asked, hoping to hear them having the ticket soon.

"I talked to your dad and we decided that you can come home!" She excitedly stated, I jumped out of my bed and made a little dance to celebrate.

"I put some money in your bank account so use that to buy a plane ticket." She told me, as I unconsciously nodded my head.

"Well, call me when you get your tickets ready!" She ended the call and I ran around my room, squealing.

I opened my laptop and went to an airline website. I clicked on the earliest flight that was going back to my home country. The earliest was tomorrow at 6:00 AM.

I booked myself a ticket and started packing all my belongings to 2 luggages and a carryall. As I was packing all my stuff around the house, I remembered the first time I saw the house. I was pretty excited to see a big house, but now I am ready to leave the big house. Ironic.

I finished packing all the stuff I needed to take.  I put my luggage at the side of the entrance door and I decided to go visit my friends one more time before officially taking of tomorrow.

"Jin Ae-ah~ you want to hang out today?" I asked her. She groaned, not answering for a few seconds.

"Why so early?" She asked, her voice sounded sleepy.

"Just cause." I replied, not wanting to let her know I'm heading home tomorrow.

"Alright. But pick me up. I'll call Hee Rin to let her know" she answered as a smile crept up my face.

I ended the call, deciding to get ready and pick them up for the last time before i leave.

I went downstairs to see my driver ready to leave, opening the car door for me to enter.

I entered Jin Ae's house to see her already awake with Hee Rin eating breakfast. They finished their breakfast and we all head towards the mall, Jin Ae and Hee Rin were both pretty excited.

After a long day shopping around the entire mall, we stopped at a boba shop to rest.

"What's the occasion today?" Jin Ae asked me, sipping on her milk tea boba.

"What do you mean?" I asked her, looking at her with a confused look.

"Well, you wanted to go out all of a sudden and you even bought us all the things we wanted to day." She said pointing at the multiple shopping bags in the floor.

"I know, It's like your leaving the country for good." Hee Rin joked, not knowing that the words that she said were all true.

I sat there with a stoned expression.

"Your kidding.." Hee Rin noticed my stoned expression, now knowing her words were true.

"When?" Jin Ae asked, still looking at me with a confused expression.

"Tomorrow, 6:00 am" I told them, casually just sipping my favorite boba drink.

"What?! That's too fast, you didn't even tell us ahead of time" Jin Ae almost yelled at me.

"I just booked the flight yesterday, I didn't think I was going back either" I told them, tapping on the table, trying not to sound sad.

"Why are you leaving though?" Hee Rin asked me, concerned.

I explained to them about having to deal with the mental and physical stress of fans. Being known around the world as Exo's little sister was not fun, especially when you get really mad fans chasing after you.

"Well yeah, after the accident you had, I would want to leave for my home country too." Jin Ae nodded in agreement.

"But I'm going to miss you" Hee Rin suddenly had a crying face looking over me.

I smiled at her. "We're in the 21st century, there's a thing called technology" I stated, giving her a pat in the shoulder.

"But that's different from actually talking in real life" she said, whining.

"It's going to be okay~ Who knows, I can come visit?" I told her, taking another sip from my drink.

"Yeah in another three years or something" Jin Ae added. I rolled my eyes and took my phone out.

"Here I'll remind myself to come back in exactly two years" I told her, going into my calendar.

"Make sure to add in that you have to call us to pick you up from the airport" She leaned over to take a look at my phone.

"Yeah, yeah.." I said, typing whatever she told me to type.

We ended up leaving in the afternoon and decided to go bowling in the bowling alley a few miles away. After bowling for who knows how long, we ended up in an arcade a few blocks down, staying in there for another 2 hours and before we know it, it was already 6 pm.

"Ughhh...I'm already tired" Jin Ae groaned, stretching her body while walking away from the arcade.

"Let's go eat before we go home" Hee Rin stated putting her arms on out shoulders.

"Where do you want to eat?" I asked her as my stomach growled.

"Anywhere nearby, I don't really mind" She replied, shrugging her shoulders.

We entered a hot pot place a few blocks down the arcade.

When we ordered our own preferred food, we started a conversation about the flight I had tomorrow.

"6 in the morning, isn't that too early?" Hee Rin asked as she started sipping the water served by the waitress.

"Yeah it is, but it was the earliest that had space" I told her, putting my hair up in a ponytail.

"Shessh you sound happy leaving this country, eager enough to lose sleep" Jin Ae joined in as she smiled.

"Well I'm sorry" I said as I roll my eyes at her.

"Anyways, what time are you going to the airport?" Hee Rin asked.

"I have to be ready by 4 if I want to make it in time" I said looking at my phone's time.

"Alright, imma wake up early and go to your house so that I can see you off" Hee Rin smiled.

"Me too!" Jin Ae remarked, raising her hands high up in the air.

"Wow, I'm so touched" I sarcastically said as I put my hands in my chest.

Soon enough the food arrived in our table as we hear my stomach growl as if it was a monster of its own.

After the meal, I dropped off Jin Ae and Hee Rin to their houses before I arrived back to my own. I washed up and changed before falling into my comfy bed for the last time. Not even a second laying in bed, I fell asleep.

Hey guys! Its been a LOOOOOONGGG TIMMMMEEE since you heard from me, but here I am! Anyways, I haven't logged on to wattpad in so long and I had a lot of you guys commenting for me to update and here it is! I didn't really expect anyone would ask me to update, I thought this story was left alone in the corner of the room, so I wasn't going to continue, but you guys surprised me.
