Phil shivered as thunder rumbled outside. A bolt of lightning made him jump and he clutched his pillow immediately.
"Dan..." Phil mumbled not having the strength to yell for him.
Dan woke up when it thundered.
"Crap," he said to himself and rubbed his eyes.
Dan was too tired to think about Phil, but the second he heard a scream, he ran strait to his room.
Phil screamed as the thunder grew louder.
"Dan!" He yelled as he curled up into a ball and hid under the covers.
Dan threw open Phil's door and quickly climbed into his bed, finding him curled up into a ball.
"Aw Phil," he frowned and picked him up and put him in his lap and rubbed circles into his back.
Phil put his head on Dans chest and cried.
He balled up his shirt in his hands,
"It's ok Phil, everything will be ok..." Dan cooed and kissed his head.
"D-Dan..." Phil's cried. It came out muffled due to the fact his face was pressed into Dans comforting chest.
"Yes baby?" Dan smiled his crooked smile that made his dimple pop out.
"Aw," Phil looked up and smiled, poking Dans dimple.
"Thank you," Phil kissed Dans nose.
"Oh Phil, anything for you. You know I promised to keep you safe as long as you live." Dan held his hand out as if he was reciting a speech.
Phil giggled and laid Dan down, nuzzling into the crook of his neck.
"I love you," Phil mumbled sleepily.
"I love you too," Dan replied smiling and slowing giving into sleep.
