The kids got it all wrong... I don't mind Bodil, but I've heard of him and his talents. He used to be part of the Jensu district north of here, and I heard he's got some kick in him. But, that's for me to judge. Bodil and I reached the archery point, and I sat down. My hair flipped into my face, and I felt to lazy to push it out.

Bodil looked at me, and I looked at him. Kid dresses like a jester. Black suit, orange and yellow tie, dark brown hair, sunglasses... Notch, how did I get stuck with him?! Appreciated Adam...

"Pick up the bow and quiver." I ordered, and he looked down. Finding the quiver, he put it around his back and picked up the bow. Thank god he knows how to do that...

"You see the bullseye's fourteen meters away from you?" I asked, and Bodil nodded silently.

"Aim for that." I growled, and Bodil faced towards the bullseye's. Leaning back into my hammock, I watched from a distance as he pulled out an arrow from his quiver. He loaded the arrow into the string, and I corrected him immediately.

"Bow's tilted." Bodil fixed it.

"Fingers are off." Bodil groaned, then properly held the bow. But then:

"Stance is off." Bodil aimed the loaded bow downwards, and fixed his stance.

"Your off target." Bodil groaned and looked at me.

"Can you, please, let me shoot how I want to shoot?" He asked me. Kid's got some attitude.

"Sure." Was all I replied. Bodil turned back to the target, and aimed his bow. Letting the arrow shoot, it hit a couple of centimeters off bullseye. I raised an eyebrow. Kid might actually have some potential.

"Congrats Bodil, your better then the last kid I had." I congratulated him, and Bodil gave off a cheep smile. I stood up and started to walk towards the dodging arena.

"By the way, your left foot was off." I told him, and Bodil sighed in defeat. Kid needs to learn to be tough, and I can help him.

Kermit is a good friend of mine, and an old appearance back when we used to live in the same village together. I haven't seen him in years. Myself and Kermit wondered into the swimming course and I noticed that he wasn't exactly focused.

"Kerm, you alright buddy?" I asked him, and he looked at me like he just broke from a trance.

"What? Oh! Yeah. Yeah... I'm good." He lied. I can always tell when he's lying.

"Atleast something's never change." I crossed my arms at him. He looked at me confused.

"Your a terrible liar, Kermit! What's beating you down?" I asked again, and he sighed. Looking around cautiously, he finally looked back to me.

"It's Commander Ad- I mean... Sky..." Kermit said. What?

"What do you mean?" I asked him.

"He just seems more... serious... than normal. Not the type that I remember." He answered. So he's noticed also?

"It's been that way ever since myself and the others woke from our coma's." I answered. He looked confused.

"I guess... you deserve to know. About two years ago, myself, Seto, Ian, Mitch, Jerome, Ty, and Jason awoke in the hospital wing, confused and dazed. We couldn't remember what had happened previously, but Adam explained everything to us.

"He told us that we had been attacked by the Squid District and was seriously injured. He was able to get us and himself out of there in time to be able to save us." I explained, and Kermit's eyes went wide.

"Wow... I... I didn't know." Kermit said, and I let out a small chuckle.

"Yeah, neither did we until Adam told us." I joked. Kermit gave off a small laugh as we made our way into the arena. As the swimming course came into view, Kermit piped up again.

"Did he say, how, you were injured?" He asked, and I shook my head.

"No. The weirdest part was that none of us looked hurt. It was like we were asleep than we... woke up." I told him. Kermit sighed, and shook his head.

"I shouldn't be asking these things." Kermit groaned.

"Nonsense!" I smiled.

"But if Adam finds out-"

"If Adam has a problem with the way I am teaching my recruits than he can answer to me, not you." I told him, and Kermit smiled.

"Thanks dood." He smiled.

"Anytime. Now, SHARK!" I shouted and pushed him in. Kermit resurfaced and gasped as he saw a tiny gray fin pipe up from the water. Swimming like a laser beam, he was done within seconds. I laughed as I put up a remote control. Kermit groaned. Maybe this will be fun after all.

Bash wasn't that bad. He was quite different than the others, but, I like different. Being the youngest at nineteen, I have to show Adam what I'm capable of! That I can defend myself... he doesn't trust me that much anymore, and he nornally takes his anger out on me.

Of course, I don't let that slow me down! Bash and I were already training on dodging, as Bash was trying to balance hinself on the lily pad that was floating on top of a pool of water. He looked at me.

"Uh, are you sure this is going to work?" He asked skeptically. I smiled.

"Of course. In the battlefield, warriors have to make sure that they aren't hit with projectiles. Like arrows, for instance." I said, and his melon face grew pale. I laughed.

"I'm not going to shoot arrows at you, Bash. Just snowballs." I told him, and he relaxed.

"A lot of snowballs." I whispered, and pressed a button beside me. The snowballs starting fireing and it caught Bash off guard. Though he managed to dodge some, he was hit in the face and knocked into the water. He resurfaced.

"You must have all directions plotted out, Bash, or else you'll get hurt." I told him, and he nodded. Bash was alright dodger, but seemed to be an even better friend.

Silently, myself and Tyler made our way into the library for studying. This is Tyler's third year in attempting this, but... techically only the second. Why am I telling you this?! You don't deserve to know. As I stopped, Tyler looked at me.

"Is... Is something wrong sir?" He asked, and I growled.

"Don't call me that." I spat, and he clenched his books even tighter to his chest.

"Y-Yes Commander." He said shakenly. I turned around.

"How's your aunt Janet?" I asked out of the blue. I don't care, but I thought I'd give the kid a break. I saw out of the corner of my eye his head shoot up.

"Uh... sh-she's recovering after her s-surgery... b-but it doesn't seem t-to be h-helping..." he answered. Tyler's had it rough. Parents died when he was a kid and his aunt Janet it diagnosed with Temyloctis. A disease that slowens the creation of blood cells.

"I hope the best." I told him. Not really. He gave off a smile.

"Thank you... commander..." Tyler said. I sighed. Maybe I should be easier on him...

"Just... just call me Adam." I told him, and he nodded.

"Alright." He sat down and opened one of his books. I sighed. Tyler's a good kid, but was brought into the wrong war.
