Chapter 13: Azwelitia's dream: Hardwyn at the Connecticut Charter Oak

In the previous chapter, we met Lanor, a Thunderbird God, who was helping Azwelitia and Mali rescue Hardwyn from uncertain slavery to the malicious Tut and Laeros. Also, we learned that Azwelitia had a dream or vision of her fiancé, Hardwyn, was talking to the malicious Tut, by the Charter Oak tree. Hardwyn was going to sell his soul to the malicious Tut, however, Tut had disguised himself as an elderly old man, and tried to trick Hardwyn into selling his soul to him. We do not know if Hardwyn did so or not, because as he was about to do so, Azwelitia made her journey to the world of humans, and was frantically searching for her fiancé. She knew she had to find him fast as he was in danger. The last she knew that her brother, Chyzakus, was with Hardwyn, but she had not seen him either. So, what happened to those two boys. She was concerned. She did not know if they safe or not. But she had to know. First, she had to find Hardwyn. She needed to know if he was alright. We will have to find the answers to Azwelitia's questions as the chapter is about to begin. I am wondering as much as you are as I have as many questions as you about where Chyzakus is and what is going to happen to our beloved heroes, Azwelitia and Hardwyn. So, let's get going to journey of mystery and intrigue. Let's see what happens next.

As Azwelitia was starting to search for her beloved Hardwyn, she started to feel cold. That is when her body started to shut down. She was starting to realize her period of human vulnerability was upon her. She did not know what to do. So, she ran to try to hide herself from her friends. She did not want them to see her like this. As she is running, she bumped into something or more like someone that she did not realize was looking for her. When she had looked up, because as she was running, her head was down looking at her feet the entire time she was running, she realized it was her brother, Chyzakus. She had not realized that he gone missing or that he was looking for her. So, to find what exactly happened to both Hardwyn and Chyzakus while making their trip to the human realm, Azwelitia decided to question her brother. She knew that something must have happened for them to get separated, and now she really became really worried. What if Hardwyn was a part of Tut and Laeros' armies? She could not bear the thought of fighting her own fiancé. She cried so hard, that tears just fell to the ground.

Chyzakus realized that his sister was in her human form and decided to try to console his dear beloved sister, as he knew that he could bear to see her crying especially when she was in her human form.

So, to help his dear sister, he said, "Azwelitia, let's get ice cream. I cannot bear to see you upset like this. Maybe the ice cream will make you feel better. I know of a place that will make you feel so much better. Let's go there and get some ice cream. Then maybe you will want to talk to your dear brother about what is bothering you. You do not have to you don't want to. I will love you either way. I apologize for making you worry. Things here in the human world are just as bad as they are back home in Aserioland. I bet you are worried about Hardwyn, aren't you? He is a strong human. Stronger than any human that I have met in all my years living in the world. I can assure you your fiancé will be fine. But if you want, we can search for him together. You and I, your dear loving, caring brother, Chyzakus. We will find him. We will bring him home to the grottlino safe. I promise. Okay? Let's get that ice cream first. I know you are hungry. So, let's find that ice cream shop."

Azwelitia felt better running into her brother, Chyzakus, as she knew that he always cared for her. He always showed his brotherly love for her and tried to take the best care of her since their parents passed away. So, she tried to return that love back to her brother. She agreed to get the ice cream with her brother because she did not want to think about her pain, nor her sadness. So, with her brother, they walked the streets of Bristol, on a blustery, but warm, day, in March of 2017, to find their ice cream parlor. They walked, and they saw that several people were using the public transportation, which were called City Buses. They decided that they might not find an ice cream parlor where they were standing, which was on the grounds of a local community college, Tunxis Community College, which they saw many students waiting for the bus to go home. So, they asked one the students, who was human how they could get a ride on the city bus.
