"You are suitable enough for me." She giggled.
"I guess we both won then." Liam smiled and his eyes sparkled.
"Don't think this mean i like you. I just don't want you whining.. that i won!" She ran off and he chased after her.
I smiled and looked up at Elliot whose jaw was licking up sand. I put my hand under his jaw and closed it. "Well, look at that. Looks like your mine at the dance toothpick. You're gonna slow dance with the girl you're crazy about! Haha!" I skipped off leaving him to his thoughts. In the distance i saw i saw Meg being thrown into the ocean by liam and Bree messing with her hair. Yuki joined my side.
Yuki's yelp
After our victorious game the crowd went nuts. Kicking sand and dancing. Our little dorm engulfed me and the rest tried to find Lia chan and Meg Chan. But luckily for Meggie she had run off with the other team captain. I looked around for my other compadres. I turned around and saw Kawaii Elliot and Lia chan talking. He is so fond of her and she doesn't even see it. Silly Lia chan. She left his side to go stand alone. I saw a perfect opportunity and i took it. I wriggled from the group of girls and pranced over to her.
"We did great lia chan! Seems you won the bet with Kawaii Elliot" I smoothly delivered.
"Certainly did. I will finally find out who the chick he is digging on is. And! He has to slow dance with her to a meaningful song!" She laughed at her victory. I nearly busted a rib from holding in my laughter at her remark. She really doesn't know does she. I wonder.
"So you going to ask him to the dance?" Yes. got her.
"What?! Why?!" She turned a little red. But not enough.
"Oh because he likes you." I smirked and looked over at him to be sure he wasn't watching.
"WHAT?! No. I mean it's Elliot. He is...." She quieted herself and she started figiting for her MP3. From what i have noticed she does that when she needs to think. I got her.
"You like him too don't you?" Hehe i can be such a troll.
"WHAT?! No. I uhm." She thought for a moment and too a breath. "I do not. I am Determined to not get a crush therefore it is impossible for me to like him."
All that work and zilch. "Okay. If you insist." The consular wrangled our herd of cats and led us back to the dorm. Lia Chan lugged a sleepy and wet Meg chan over her shoulder and put her to bed. I climbed into my bunk after changing and fell to sleep easily.
Sleep was impossible. What Yuki said earlier has been running through my mind like the latest Beyonce song on the radio. It's on repeat. I mean it sorta makes no sense, he likes that other girl. I mean me? Seriously. That explains why he never relents on me and why he is always around me. Why am i even thinking about him so much? I mean it's not like i like him... Do i? Uhg! No! I only have 3 days till camp ends and the last dance i can't break now. I suppose this will all be settled then. I sat up and glanced at yuki and Meg sleeping soundly in their beds. Meg snoring ever so slightly. I layed back on my pillow and heard a wrapper crunch. I Slipped my hand under the mattress and found a large pack of skittles. In case of emergencies ;) -Mom
I quietly tore the top open and color coordinated the skittles on my pillow. I munched on each flavor and tried to clear my mind. I managed to calm myself. After the long struggle of falling asleep. I eventually found it.
The next morning at breakfast meg was carried into the dining hall and presented with the medal and first brew on the newly delivered coffee. Of course she pushed me over to make it properly. She slumped over on the table and bree was petting her head. I walked slowly over to our table and placed the mug in front of her. Her brown eyes sparkled at the angelic sight. She savored over last drop and as if she were a slinky. She sprung into her normal hyper self. Tired and droopy eyes became perky and wired. She started fiddling with her new acquired accessory Liam's Bandana.
