FM: Crossed Paths (On the other hand)

It's pass 6pm when we arrived at San Diego. We went to our hotel and chill in the exclusive room while we wait to be called down by one of our staffs. Posada de Palacio is one of our hotels. It is run by my family and so as Barbie's and Sam's. It is the biggest that we own and also one of the luxurious in States. I glanced at the ceiling window which lets you see the whole entire beach and the majestic sunset. I miss this place.

"Imma go take a walk, it's been a while since the last time I've been here." I said and stood up the huge cushion.

I looked at them, Barbie is peacefully sleeping while Sam's on her laptop. I went to Barbie and pinch her ear, which she really loves, HAHA.

"Aww! Damn Angelica! What the?!" Barbie said and sit up.

"Just text me when they come and I'll just meet you guys there." I said while laughing.

Sam just nodded while still laughing and Barbie threw her the throw pillow. I went out and walk pass some of our staff and greet me. I reached the beach and I decided go to the cave which used to be our hide out when we three were younger. I climbed through inside and went out the outer top part of the cave. I sat on the edge of the rock and face the ocean. I decided to just chill here for a bit and contemplate before the meeting since I still got half an hour or so. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

I heard something ringing and so I took my phone out of my pocket. I looked at it and see 8 msgs and 3 missed calls. Crap! No way! I fell asleep! I answered my phone as I started rushing back.

"Jek! What are you doing?! Where are you?! We've been calling you for the past 10 mins!" Sam yelled at me on the phone. "It's 5mins to 7, idiot!" Barbie yelled over the phone.

"Sorry, sorry! I didn't even know I fell asleep! Are they all there yet?" I said running across the beach.

"Our Dads aren't here yet they said they're gonna be late about 5mins or so, just rush up here before your Dad comes!" Sam said as I go in the hotel.

"Alright, I'll hang up. I'm coming." I said and hung up.

I'm try'na act as chill as I can because most of the people I'm walking pass by are not just ordinary people wearing suits but business people. Some of them greet me so I just greet them back and speed walk again. I saw the elevator open and I rushed to it. I checked the time on my phone and d*mn! I bumped into someone as I'm walking in!

"OMG! Watch where you're going!" She said and pick up her things.

"Crap! I'm sorry Miss, I didn't see somebody's coming." I said calmly and helped her.

I looked at her and she seems like she's looking for something.

"Crap! Where is it?" She said and look everywhere.

"Where is what?" I asked.

She didn't respond and just kept looking. Until I noticed that her she's ate starting to get teary. I felt my phone buzzing on my pocket. Omg, this is what I'm trying to avoid, I don't wanna get bad shot from my Dad in our first meeting in a very long time.
