This chapter is dedicated to Yusra Gasm. Haha hope you guys enjoy it. Sorry, i've been really busy lately...

”Why did we become blind, I don't know, perhaps one day we'll find out, Do you want me to tell you what I think, Yes, do, I don't think we did go blind, I think we are blind, Blind but seeing, Blind people who can see, but do not see.” I continued…

Mrs. Johnson, Blake’s mother and I had been speaking for about three hours ever since Blake left. She was really sweet, a great listener and friendly. “Your thoughts are very deep and creative… Quite interesting.” She said.

“But... As I said, I want to be able to see stuff. I want to see the beautiful nature again. It would’ve been better if I got to see you in real life. At least once…” I sighed.

                              “Aww…” She said sadly.

There was a knock on the door. Blake had entered and greeted his mother. That brings me back to the thoughts… Who was on the phone with him? Was everything okay? There was something fishy going on here because Blake and Mrs. Johnson had left the room and I could hear whispers outside the room but couldn’t make out what they were saying exactly…

I wonder who’s going to dress me up… or who’s going to help me take a shower… This is going to be hard. I want my phone but I don’t know where they placed it… Did they bring my clothes from my apartment?

“Hope you had a good time with my mum.” I looked up to hear Blake’s voice. “Yeah, she’s way better than you.” I blurted.

Why did I even say that?! Gosh, I’m so dumb.

                              “Excuse me?”

                              “Nothing… So where were you?”

I regret asking that question. What if he gets mad? It’s not my business. I’m so stupid.

“At a friend’s house.” I could sense it, he was lying by the way he spoke. I knew that tone, he used it when he was lying and when he was worried.

Wow…I’m starting to know this guy more than I ever thought I would.

                              “Hmm…Okay.”

                              “Why do you care?”

                              “Just wondering.”

“Well, it’s none of your business.”

“If it’s none of my business, why did you tell me where you were?”

                              “I didn’t tell you.”

                              “Yes, you did.”

                              “No, I didn’t!”

“You just said you were at a friend’s house!”
