True Love Part 4 - Help

This is the next part of the story. I hope that you like it. I've decided to go ahead and make the story into 2 big stories Becuase it's just too big. Later, Wynonna and Doc got to the salt flats. They grabbed some water and food and bought it to where Constance was.

"You came back. I'm so glad. Can you let me out?"
"We have a propsal for you Constance. You help us and we will set you free." Wynonna answered.
"What is it that I would have to do?"
"My sister is possessed by a heart mongrul and we need you to go and recite Latin to get so that the revenant can come out and I can send him to hell." Wynonna answered.
"You want me to save your sister who destroyed my son's skull so that I couldn't bring him back to life?"
"Yes." Wynonna answered.
"My answer is no."
"What?!" Wynonna asked.
"You heard me. I'm immortal I could stand here forever. I will NOT help you and your sister. You're on your own."
"You son of a bitch." Doc stated.
"What? She killed my son's chances to come back to life. Give me one good reason why I should help you."
"You might be immortal but we can bring on the pain." Doc stated.
"Sorry dear Doc but you are on your own. You will get no help from me."

In Nedley's office Nicole got Waverly a cup of water. She helped Waverly sit up and she poured some into her mouth.

"Nic..."
"I'm here. You feeling any better?" Nicole asked.
"Not sure. Where's Wynonna?"
"She and Doc said they're going to get someone to hopefully help us. Don't worry she will be back in no time." Nicole answered.
"There is do much I need to say. To you and Wynonna."
"Well when you get better you and I and Wynonna will have a nice chat with drinks in our hands." Nicole stated.
"Sounds...great. So optimistic huh?"
"Absolutely you know me the positive one." Nicole answered.
"You've been here the whole time?"
"Where else would I be?" Nicole asked.
"At home. You need rest too."
"I do when you're sleeping." Nicole stated.
"In a chair? Nicole that's n..."
"Hey why don't you worry about getting better and not worry about me. I am fine. I promise." Nicole stated.
"What about Medley? Surely he wants his office back by now?"
"Actually he took a few days off to recuperate from the poison. Its okay." Nicole stated.
"Okay."

Waverly closed her eyes and Nicole was worried so she checked for a pulse in her neck and there was a very faint one. She touched Waverly's skin.

"God Waverly you're burning up." Nicole stated.

Nicole grabbed the bowl she had and filled it up with cold water. She would soon wash her body down with the cold water hoping that would be enough.

Back at the salt flats Doc and Wynonna were still with the Stone Witch.

"Look we don't have much time left. If we don't help Waverly soon she's going to die." Wynonna stated.
"Oh yes I know a great deal about heart mongruls. By now poor Waverly is suffering from a high fever and no one will be able to help her. Soon her heart will give out and she will die. Pity really. Oh well."
"Look there's got to be something you want that will make you help us. Please I'll do anything." Wynonna stated.
"Anything?"
"Yes!" Wynonna answered.
"There is a book that your precious Waverly has in her research that I want. Release me and get me the nook and I will help you save your sister."
"You have my word." Wynonna stated.
"Very well. You better start digging."

In Nedley's office, Dolls was in the conference room and he decided to go check up on Waverly. Dolls was in the doorway as he just watched as Nicole would pay attention to Waverly. Nicole looked up and saw Dolls.

"Hi." Nicole greeted.
"Any luck?"
"Her fever is breaking but she hasn't woken up yet. You hear from Wynonna and Doc?" Nicole asked.
"Yeah just got a text. Wynonna got a hold of the one who will help us. I just hope it's not too late."
"You have the time?" Nicole asked.
"Its half past two. Why don't you go and get some real rest. That chair can't be comfortable. I can stay with her."
"Thank you but I'm not leaving her side, I can't. She wouldn't leave me." Nicole answered.
"You really do love her, don't you?"
"I do. You know right before Willa shot me Waverly told Wynonna that she loves me. I don't know if it was in the heat of the moment or to try to get Willa not to shoot me." Nicole answered.
"Do you doubt Waverly's feelings for you?"
"Oh god of course not. Its just one relationship is new for her and I just don't want her to become something that she doesn't want to be." Nicole answered.
"Well I don't know much about your relationship with Waverly but I do know she loves you. So if she said that she does you should believe what she says. She's very honest."
"I know that she is. Thank you Dolls." Nicole stated.
"My pleasure. If you need anything just call for me. I'll come."
"Thank you." Nicole thanked.
"Okay."
