Time passed. Members of Team Minato were all Jonins now. Rin was a perfect medical ninja, and infighting skills too. Obito had many family members, like Sasuke Uchiha, one of the clan members of Uchiha clan, and Itachi, Sasuke's brother. Obito had many improvements in ninjutsu. He has learned more about his Sharingan ability. Kakashi had a team of Genins, furthermore, Team Minato was no more existed. Kakashi has a big opportunity to become next Hokage, because of his power and wisdom. Minato had a son, called Naruto. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were in Team 7 who was lead by Kakashi. Today it was Rin's birthday. Obito had a big gift for her. Obito was going to Hokage office where Rin was with 4 Hokage. He was nervous. As he reached to the door to enter the Hokage office, Team 7 without Kakashi, was standing near the entrance and Naruto was arguing with Sasuke as always, Sakura wanted to shut Naruto's mouth up.
Naruto: Sasuke I am strong and can defeat you easily!
Sakura: Stop the babel, you Naruto! You're annoying!
Naruto realized the shadow of a man and quickly turned to Obito. He felt scared.
Naruto: Oh, Obito! I thought it was Kakashi Sensei
Naruto scratched back of his head and laughed a bit with his eyes closed. Obito realized that Sasuke had a small box in his hands.
Obito: Sasuke, you have a gift too? Is it for Rin?
Sasuke: Yeah, I see you have too...
Obito: Yeah, I wanted to give Rin something special. Wait, where is your sensei?
Sakura: Oh, he is in the Hokage office.
Obito: Oh, okay I need to go! Bye!
Obito had thoughts that it would be a bad idea to go. Obito walked opposite direction to the entrance.
Naruto: But you didn't give Rin a gift, let's go I'll help you! Eghhh!
Naruto took Obito's hand and started drugging Obito up the stairs and finally to the room.
Obito: Agh... Stop it Naruto!

In the room, there was Kakashi, Rin, Kushina, and Minato. Rin had a big smile on her face. Kakashi was relaxed but Obito near the door was embarrassed, and he was blushing.
Naruto: Come on... old guy!
Naruto came inside the door with Obito and with his gift on the right hand. Obito was extremely embarrassed and his face was all in red.
Obito: Ehh...
Rin: Oh it's you Naruto... and Obito!
Obito hid his gift, holding with to hands behind his back.
Naruto: There is a gift that Obito sensei should give you!
Rin: Me? What did he want to give me?
Rin turned to Obito and had a confused look.
Obito: Ehm... Rin... Happy Birthday!
Obito felt a little bit relaxed. Obito showed up his gift to Rin and gave her. The gift was a silver necklace with an emerald in the middle.
Rin: Oh, it's so nice of you, Obito!
Rin opened her gift and saw the necklace and was really surprised.
Rin: Oh my gosh! Obito, the necklace is really nice! I really like it!
Rin had a big grin. Obito was scratching back of his head and was smiling too and blushing at the same time. Rin put the box away and put her new necklace on. Minato had a serious look on his face when he stood up from his chair and everyone faced him.
Minato: If everybody is here then I need to tell something, Obito, Rin, and Kakashi. So Naruto and Kushina can you leave.
Naruto: Okay Dad. I'll see you around.
Kushina and Naruto left and closed the door.
Rin: What is it?... A mission?
Rin, Obito, and Kakashi were staring at the fourth Hokage.
Minato: Yes, a mission. Our scouts had an intel about a criminal that wants to destroy the Konoha village with his army. I want you three to go and see is this intel is real or not. You need to find this boss and sneak up to his base. His base is near the Village Hidden by Rain. So pack up your things and get going.
Obito, Rin, and Kakashi: Yes!
Obito: Just like the old days!
They all left the office and head to their apartments to pack up things that they needed. They will have a long journey, and three of them knew that. Obito walked to the Uchiha's residents and eventually to his house. He started to take what he needs in his rucksack and sat down packing things.
Obito: (Maybe this is my opportunity to tell Rin...)
Obito was thinking how he should do this while packing his rucksack.
He packed everything and was ready to move. He headed to the front gate as he saw two people waiting for him.
Kakashi: Good you're actually on time.
Kakashi smiled but Obito didn't see the smile but understood it by his eyes.
Three of them had a rucksack behind them and left the village.
